 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE FOR ALL NEW LIGHT FIXTURES
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINES. THE LIGHT FIXTURES MUST BE
 PLACED AT LEAST 5 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINES. [ZLDR
 S.94-145(2)]
  
 2.) PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING NOTE IN THE PLAN: ALL OUTDOOR
 LIGHTING SHALL BE SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE
 ARRANGED TO REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ALL
 ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR
 PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES, PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-309(A) OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 3.) APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT IS CONTINGENT UPON THE
 APPROVAL OF PERMIT #20021029 (BUILDING FACADE
 RENOVATION AND NEW COVERED ENTRY). PLEASE ENSURE THAT
 THE LIGHTING PLAN REMAINS CONSISTENT WITH ANY CHANGES
 MADE TO THIS PERMIT.
  
 4.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($260,915) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
