 PLEASE PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE THIS AREA INCLUDES.
 TABLE 1004.1.2. 2017 FBC-B. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1C) COMMON PATH IS INDICATED TABLE 1006.2.1 OF THE
 FBC-B FOR SPRINKLERED BUILDINGS 100 FEET. THE PROPOSED
 COMMON PATH IS 102 FEET 4 (MEN?S SHOWER) INCHES AND THE
 COMMENT STATES- MEETS THE REQUIREMENT. WHEN MEASURING
 FOR THE COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL YOU SHOULD MEASURE
 BETWEEN 12 TO 18 INCHES OF THE WALL LINE SINCE YOU
 WOULD OR SHOULD BE CRAWLING BECAUSE OF SMOKE AND YOU
 FEEL YOUR WAY THROUGH THE OFFICE YOU WOULD BE ABOUT 12
 TO 18 INCHES AWAY FROM THE WALL, DOING THIS YOUR
 DISTANCE WOULD BE GREATER THAN AS YOU MEASURED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT IS MEANT? DISCREPANCY

 OCCUPANCY OF THE CONFERENCE ROOM IS 82, UNDER THE
 HEADING FOR MEANS OF EGRESS THE PLANS STATE THE
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE CONFERENCE ROOM IS 61, DISCREPANCY IN
 PLANS. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1E) WITH THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE CONFERENCE ROOM AREA
 BEING GREATER THAN 49 OCCUPANTS 2 EXITS ARE REQUIRED.
 THE 2 DOORS FOR EGRESS FOR THIS AREA ARE DOOR # 170
 WHICH SWINGS OUT IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL AND
 THE DOOR THAT IS IN THE BREAK ROOM 918 WHICH IS A IN
 SWING DOOR. THIS DOOR DOES NOT SWING IN THE DIRECTION
 OF EGRESS TRAVEL AND DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE 2017
 FBC-B SECTION 1010.1.2.1. TRAVEL IS NOT ALLOWED THROUGH
 A KITCHEN OR STORAGE ROOM BUT WOULD BE ALLOWED THROUGH
 A BREAK ROOM. FBC-B 1016.2.5.
  
 1F) FITNESS ROOM 901 DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR EXERCISE MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE 1004,1 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. ASLO REVIEW ADVISORY
 1004.1 TO BE ABLE TO OPTIMIZE SPACE USE.
  
 2) SHEET A1.1.2 INDICATES IN THE CONFERENCE ROOMS THE
 USE OF ACOUSTICAL WOOD PANELING, THERE IS A SECTION
 DETAIL 9/A4.0.1. THIS DETAIL STATES THAT 5/8 INCH
 WALLBOARD CEILING AREA ARE TO BE ON 3 5/8 20 GAUGE
 METAL STUD FRAMING @ 24 INCHES ON CENTER AND TO BE
 ATTACHED TO STRUCTURE ABOVE. THEN THERE IS A 2ND NOTE,
 THE WOOD FINISHED CEILING (ACOUSTICAL WOOD PANELING) ON
 ? INCH PLYWOOD (FIRE RETARDANT TREATED PLYWOOD ?) TO BE
 ATTACHED TO FRAMING ABOVE. THIS DETAIL NEEDS MORE
 ATTENTION. WITH THE CURRENT DETAIL THERE IS A ? INCH
 SHOT HOLDING UP THE UPPER TRACK AND THEN THERE IS A
 METAL STUD WITH 2 STEEL FRAMING SCREWS INTO THE UPPER
 TRACK AND A CHANNEL TRACK SCREWED INTO THE SIDE OF THE
 METAL STUD. THEN THERE IS 3 LAYERS HUNG FROM THIS
 ASSEMBLY, A LAYER OF 5/8 WALL BOARD, ? INCH PLYWOOD
 (QUESTION FIRE RESISTANT?) AND THEN THE ? INCH OAK
 CEILING. NO MENTION OF STRUCTURAL STUDS HOLDING THIS
 DROPPED CEILING, OR IF THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL
 STIFF-BACK FRAMING MEMBERS AND ADDITIONAL UP RIGHT
 FRAMING SHOT INTO THE DECK ABOVE. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 2508.1 ASTM C754 STEEL FRAMING
 FOR GYPSUM BOARD AND GYPSUM PANEL PRODUCTS. MAY ALSO
 REVIEW ASTM C1063 THIS IS FOR CEMENT PLASTER BUT GOOD
 INFORMATION FOR HANGING CEILINGS.

 DETAIL INDICATES STRUCTURAL SUPPORT BY G. C. THIS
 SUPPORT SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE AN ENGINEERED SUPPORT
 SYSTEM. THE NEED AS TO WHAT TYPE OF FLOOR SYSTEM IS IN
 PLACE WILL NEED TO BE KNOWN FOR THE ENGINEER TO BE ABLE
 TO DESIGN THE ANCHORING SYSTEM AND VERTICAL SUPPORT
 SYSTEM. WHAT LOADS ARE EACH OF THE TRACK SYSTEM GOING
 TO BE REQUIRED TO CARRY? WHEN THE WALL SYSTEM IS FOLDED
 UP IN PLACE WHAT WILL THE CONCENTRATED LOADS GOING TO
 BE REQUIRED FOR THIS AREA?

 INDICATE A CONCRETE BEAM AND POURED CONCRETE CEILING.
 THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO THE CONCRETE DESIGN,
 THICKNESS OF THE SLAB, SIZE OF RE-ENFORCING RODS,
 SPACING, IF TURNED ENDS ARE REQUIRED OR NOT TO TIE INTO
 THE BEAM? SEE 2017 FBC-B 1905.
  
 5C) SHEET A.5.0.1. DETAIL 4 SHOWS A TRENCH DRAIN CUT
 INTO THE STRUCTURAL FLOOR SYSTEM. THIS IS TO BE TYPICAL
 FOR BOTH THE MEN?S AND WOMEN?S SHOWERS. THERE HAS BEEN
 NO INVESTIGATION INTO WHAT TYPE OF FLOOR SYSTEM THIS
 BUILDING HAS BY A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER AND WHAT WILL
 REQUIRED FOR THE RE-ENFORCEMENT OF THE FLOOR SYSTEM.
 NOTE THIS IS A HIGH RISE BUILDING, BEING A THRESHOLD
 BUILDING WHICH WOULD REQUIRE A THRESHOLD INSPECTOR AS
 WELL. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
