 NOT COMPLY WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL,
 CHAPTER 7, PAGE 7.56 & 7.57. THE ONLY FIXTURE PERMITTED
 TO BE ADJACENT TO THE SHOWER IS A LAVATORY MOUNTED ON
 THE CONTROL WALL BESIDE THE SHOWER AND MAY OVERLAP THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE BY A MAXIMUM OF 6 INCHES. THE PORTION
 OF THE LAVATORY THAT OVERLAPS THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 MUST HAVE KNEE SPACE BELOW OR A REMOVABLE VANITY
 CABINET. A 30 INCH WIDE BY 48 INCH DEEP CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE MUST BE PROVIDED PARALLEL TO THE SHOWER AND FLUSH
 WITH THE CONTROL WALL. 2ND REQUEST.
 2) THE PRESSURE CYLINDER FOR THE ELEVATOR SHALL BE
 PROTECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2017 FBC-BUILDING
 SEC.3011. I COULD NOT FIND THIS DETAIL ON THE PLANS.
 PLEASE SUBMIT THE SPECIFIC PAGE WHERE THIS DETAIL CAN
 BE FOUND. 2ND REQUEST.
 3) FIRESTOPPING DETAILS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED FOR METAL
 PIPE THROUGH RATED WALLS AND FLOORS. IF PVC PIPE IS TO
 BE INSTALLED, SUBMIT FIRESTOPPING ASSEMBLY DETAILS FOR
 THE PVC PIPE THROUGH RATED FLOORS AND WALLS.WPB AMEND.

 REVIEW.WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 34) IF A SUMP PUMP WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE ELEVATOR
 SUMP, THE INSTALLATION SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC-PLUMBING
