 A. PURUSANT TO SEC. 94-273(D)(73) OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), AT LEAST FIVE
 (5) OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR
 EACH SALES/LEASING OFFICE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS THAT WILL BE
 IMPOSED UPON ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SEC. 94-273(D)(73):
  
 1. THE LEASING OFFICE CAN ONLY BE USED BY THE FIRMS
 ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT, AND CAN
 ONLY BE USED TO LEASE UNITS WITHIN THE PROJECT. THERE
 SHALL BE NO LEASE OF OTHER OFF-SITE PROJECTS.
  
 2. THE TEMPORARY SALES/LEAVING OFFICE SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN 18 MONTHS, OR PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
 OF A CO FOR THE PROJECT, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
  
 3. THE TEMPORARY SALES/LEASING OFFICE SHALL NOT BE
 ILLUMINATED OR USED FOR ANY BUSINESS ACTIVITY AFTER
 9:00PM.
