 1) SCREEN BUILDERS FLOOR PLAN SHOWS FENCING FOR POOL
 AND 2 GATES. THE SUBMITTED SURVEY FOR LOT 64 ALSO SHOWS
 THE LAYOUT FOR THE POOL FENCE AND 2 PROPOSED GATES. THE
 DETAIL SHEET R-1 SHOWS DETAILS FOR FENCING / POOL
 RAILINGS BUT NOTHING FOR THE 2 SWING GATES. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-R SECTION:
  
 2) THE DETAIL SHEET R-1 SHOWS DETAILS FOR FENCING /
 POOL RAILINGS SHOWS A VERTICAL SECTION OF THE POOL
 RAILING/ FENCE. THE DETAIL DOES INDICATE THE TOP OF THE
 FENCE/ POOL RAIL TO BE MINIMUM OF 48 INCHES. WHAT THE
 PLAN IS NOT CLEAR ON IS THE ALLOWABLE CLEARANCE FOR THE
 BOTTOM RAIL THE PLANS SHOW A 4 INCH SPHERE AND STATES
 THAT A 4 INCH SPHERE SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PASS
 UNDERNEATH. PLEASE RE-READ SECTION R4501.17.1.1. THE
 MAXIMUM CLEARANCE BETWEEN GRADE AND THE BOTTOM OF THE
 BARRIER SHALL BE 2 INCHES MEASURED ON THE SIDE OF THE
 BARRIER WHICH FACES AWAY FROM THE SWIMMING POOL. NOTE
 THE EXCEPTION IS WHERE THE POOL BARRIER IS MOUNTED ON
 THE TOP OF THE POOL STRUCTURE, THERE THE MAXIMUM
 VERTICAL DISTANCE FROM THE POOL STRUCTURE AND BOTTOM OF
 THE POOL BARRIER SHALL BE 4 INCHES. PLEASE UPDATE
 PLANS.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE NEITHER THE POOL PLAN NOR THE POOL FENCE
 BARRIER PLAN ADDRESSES WHERE A WALL OF A DWELLING
 SERVES AS PART OF THE BARRIER COMPLIANCE WITH 2017
 FBC-R 4501.17.1.9 AND OR EXCEPTIONS.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
