 ELEVATION ON SHEET A3.13 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE THE
 PARALLEL OR PERPENDICULAR CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AS REQUIRED
 BY FAIR HOUSING ACT GUIDELINES.

 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- A NEW KITCHENETTE IS SHOWN ON THE REVISED
 MULTIPURPOSE ROOM. THE MICROWAVE SHOWN ON THE INTERIOR
 ELEVATION ON SHEET A3.13 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE REACH
 RANGE REQUIRED BY SEC. 308 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED SHOWING COMPLIANCE.
 SEC. 212 AND SEC. 804 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 2- NEW MULTIPURPOSE ROOM IS BIGGER THAN THE ONE ON THE
 APPROVED PLANS. REVISE LIFE-SAFETY PLAN SHOWING THE NEW
 OCCUPANT LOAD. SEC. 1004.1.2 FBC-BUILDING.
