2020-07-06 15:13:20CONDITIONAL APPROVAL - LANDSCAPING. LANDSCAPING PERMIT
 MUST BE ISSUED AND INSPECTION OF LANDSCAPING
 INSTALLATION APPROVED PRIOR TO CO BEING ISSUED.
  
 THE FOLLOWING ARE PROPOSED CONDITION(S)
  
 1. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME AND MATCH THE INSET/LOCATION/PLACEMENT OF
 THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS. (THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR
 REPLACEMENT WINDOWS ONLY)
 2. ALL EXISTING MULLIONS SHALL REMAIN (UNLESS BEING
 REMOVED FOR THE ADDITION) OR BE REPLACED WITH A NEW
 MULLION OF THE SAME WIDTH.
 3. ALL STREET FACING GLASS ON THE FRONT STRUCTURE SHALL
 HAVE CLEAR GLASS ONLY. NO LOW-E, TINTING, OR PRIVACY.
 4. ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS ON THE FRONT STRUCTURE
 AND ALL GLASS ON THE REAR STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE CLEAR
 GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING. A NON-STREET
 FACING BATHROOM MAY HAVE OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS.
 5. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE EXTERNAL DIMENSIONAL OGEE
 MUNTINS. FOR CGI SENTINEL LINE, THIS IS THE
 SEMI-CONTOURED MUNTIN PROFILE.
