 THE REVISED PLANS ARE COMPLIANT FOR THE NEW TENANT
 OCCUPANCY ONLY. PLEASE REVIEW COMMENT #1 BELOW
 CONCERNING THE MAIN OCCUPANCY.
  
 1) SHEET A0.0: THE OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS INDICATE
 A SHORTAGE OF ONE MALE AND ONE FEMALE WATER CLOSET FOR
 THE MAIN OCCUPANCY THE REVISED OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE
 MAIN OCCUPANCY WITH THE REDUCTION OF 21 PERSONS IN THE
 NEW TENANT SPACE IS 157 PERSONS. (178 PERSONS 21
 PERSONS = 157), (157/2 = 79 MALE AND 79 FEMALE). BASED
 ON TABLE 403.3 WATER CLOSETS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH SEX,
 HOWEVER THE EXISTING COMMUNAL BATHROOMS SHOWN IN THE
 KEY PLAN INDICATE 1 WATER CLOSET AND 1 URINAL FOR THE
 MEN'S ROOM, AND 2 WATER CLOSETS FOR THE WOMEN'S ROOM.
 REFER TO SHEET A1.0: PRIOR TO SEPARATING THE NEW TENANT
 SPACE FROM THE MAIN, ACCESS WAS BEING PROVIDED FROM THE
 COMMON CORRIDOR TO THE TWO TOILET ROOMS THAT ARE NOW TO
 BE DEMOLISHED. IT APPEARS THAT THE RESULT OF THE
 PROPOSED DEMOLITION WILL CAUSE THE SHORTAGE FOR THE
 ENTIRE FLOOR, NEW TENANT SPACE INCLUDED.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
