 ADMINISTRATION.
  
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A1.1THE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN AND PROPOSED FLOOR
 PLAN IT WOULD APPEAR THE RANGE AND KITCHEN SINK HAVE
 CHANGED LOCATIONS. THE P1 SHEET DOES NOT SHOW A RISER
 FOR THE NEW LOCATION OF THE KITCHEN SINK FOR SANITARY
 NOR THE SUPPLY LINES. THE LOCATION OF THE RISER NOR THE
 SIZE OF THE LATERAL ARE SHOWN ON SHEET P1.
 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) MASTER BATHROOM THE P1 SANITARY RISER INDICATES A
 NEW TOILET WHEREAS THERE SEEMS TO BE A RELOCATION OF
 THE TOILET ABOUT 6 INCHES CLOSER TO THE NEW SHOWER
 ENCLOSURE. THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE ANY NEW OR
 RELOCATED HOLE THROUGH THE FLOOR SLAB AND FIRE
 RESISTANCE RATING OF THE SLAB AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 307.3 OF THE 2017 FBC-PLUMBING CODE. PENETRATIONS OF
 FLOOR/ CEILING ASSEMBLIES AND ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED TO
 HAVE A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING SHALL BE PROTECTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED FOR
 714.4.1.2 THROUGH- PENETRATION (HORIZONTAL) FIRESTOP
 SYSTEMS.
  
 3) SHEET P1 RISER P1 SHOWS A NEW TOILET, JUST
 RELOCATED, WHAT IS MISSING ON THIS RISER ARE THE 2
 LAVATORIES (1 NEW) SIZE OF THE LATERAL AND LENGTH OF
 THE LATERAL TO THE VERTICAL SANITARY. 2017 FBC-P TABLE
 710.1(2).
  
 4) SHEET P1 ON THE RISER P2 FOR THE GUEST BATH THE
 SANITARY RISER ONLY SHOWS THE TUB TO SHOWER CHANGE OF
 LOCATION, MISSING IS THE WATER CLOSET CHANGE OF
 LOCATION. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) SHEET P1 WITH THE NEW LOCATION OF THE SHOWER AND
 WATER CLOSET AGAIN MISSING INFORMATION FOR THE
 THROUGH THE FLOOR AND FIRE RATED FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLY, 307.3 OF THE 2017 FBC-PLUMBING CODE.
 PENETRATIONS OF FLOOR/ CEILING ASSEMBLIES AND
 ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED TO HAVE A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING
 SHALL BE PROTECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE
 WILL BE ACHIEVED FOR 714.4.1.2 THROUGH- PENETRATION
 (HORIZONTAL) FIRESTOP SYSTEMS.
  
 6) SHEET A1.1 ALSO SHOWS THE FOYER AND UTILITY CLOSET
 BEING REARRANGED. THE LOCATION OF THE STACKED WASHER/
 DRYER HAS MOVED BUT THERE IS NO MENTION AS TO HOW OR
 WHERE THE LATERAL FORM THE WASHER WILL TIE INTO THE
 VERTICAL WASTE RISER. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2017 FBC-P SECTION 406.2 THE TRAP AND FIXTURE DRAIN FOR
 AN AUTOMATIC CLOTHES WASHER STANDPIPE SHALL NOT BE LESS
 THAN 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER. THE FIXTURE DRAIN FOR THE
 STANDPIPE SERVING AN AUTOMATIC CLOTHES WASHER SHALL
 CONNECT TO A 3 INCH OR LARGER DIAMETER FIXTURE BRANCH
 OR STACK.
  
 7) SHEET P-1 DOES NOT SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE CLOTHES
 WASHER SHUT OFF VALVES AND IS BLOCKED IN BY THE WATER
 HEATER ON ONE SIDE AND A WALL ON THE OTHER. THE PLAN
 DOES NOT SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-P
 SECTION 606.3 ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL SHUT OFF
 VALVES WITHOUT THE HAVING TO MOVE THE APPLIANCES
 (CLOTHES WASHER).
  
 8) THE P-1 SHEET DOES NOT SHOW ANY RISERS FOR THE
 SUPPLY LINES. THE DISHWASHER AND CLOTHES WASHER HAVE
 QUICK CLOSING VALVES ARE BEING UTILIZED AND NEED TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 604.9 WATER HAMMER ARRESTORS.
  
 9) THE P-1 SHEET SHOWS AN ELECTRIC WATER HEATER DETAIL
 AND DRAIN PAN. THE PAN DOES NOT SHOW A ? INCH DRAIN
 PIPE FROM THE PAN. SEE FBC-P SECTION 504.7.1 PAN SIZE
 AND DRAIN.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
