| | BE INSTALLED TO PROTECT ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS FROM |
| | FLOODING, GLARING LIGHTS, AND NOISE. |
| | 7.A LANDSCAPE BUFFER AT LEAST FIVE FEET WIDE, SHALL BE |
| | PROVIDED ALONG ALL PROPERTY LINES, HOWEVER, THE ZONING |
| | BOARD OF APPEALS MAY WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT FOR |
| | PROPERTY LINES ABUTTING A DEDICATED ALLEY. ALL PLANTS, |

| | 8.IF THE PARKING LOT AREA IS USED FOR CUSTOMER PARKING |
