 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE RATIONAL ANALYSIS AND ENGINEERING DESIGN
 CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED HAS A COVERSHEET AND 5 NUMBERED
 PAGES. THE NUMBER PAGE ONE IS THE ONLY SHEET THAT IS
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD.
  
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. 61G15-23.002(2)(B) FL.
 ADMIN. CODE. A COVER SHEET WITH LISTED PAGES OR INDEX
 SHEET FOR ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS AND OR
 SPECIFICATIONS MAY BE USED AND THAT SHEET MUST BE
 SIGNED IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE OF THE PRODUCTION &
 PREPARATION OF EACH SECTION OF THE ENGINEERING
 SPECIFICATION WITH SUFFICIENT INFORMATION ON THE COVER
 SHEET OR INDEX LISTING HOW MANY PAGES ARE COVERED UNDER
 THE COVER SHEET OR INDEX SHEET.
  
 2) SHEET 1 OF THE CALCULATIONS INDICATES THE COLUMN
 HEIGHT OF 5 FEET WHEREAS THE PLANS SHEET DT1 DETAIL # 8
 INDICATES THE COLUMN TO BE 6 FEET 4 INCHES TALL?
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE PLAN AND CALCULATIONS.
  
 3) SHEET 1 OF THE CALCULATIONS INDICATES THE BASIC WIND
 VELOCITY OF 170 MPH AND WIND DESIGN OF 115 MPH.
 THE BASIC WIND VELOCITY OF 170 MPH SHOULD IT NOT READ,
 170 MPH VULT THIS WOULD BE FOR CATEGORY II STRUCTURES,
 THE DERATING TO VASD WOULD THEN BE 132 MPH VASD SEE
 FIGURE 1609.3(1). FOR STRUCTURES IN A CATEGORY I
 CLASSIFICATION THE WIND DESIGN WOULD BE 150 MPH VULT
 AND 116 MPH VASD NOT 115 VULT. PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 107.2.1.2.
  
 4) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE TO WHAT SCALE THE
 PLANS WERE DRAWN, THEY INDICATE NOT TO SCALE. THE PLAN
 ALSO INDICATES THE POST FOR THE WALL SYSTEM AND
 FOUNDATIONS. THERE ARE FOUNDATIONS ON THE WEST, NORTH
 AND EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY THAT EXTEND PAST THE
 PROPERTY LINE AND INTO THE RIGHT OF WAY. THE 2017 FBC-B
 DOES NOT ALLOW FOR FOUNDATIONS PAST THE PROPERTY LINE
 SEE FBC-B 3202.1.1. PLEASE ADJUST THE PLANS FOR ALL
 FOUNDATIONS TO BE WITHIN THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE A CURRENT SURVEY LESS THAN A YEAR
 OLD. 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION
 107.3.5.3. MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
