 LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY. THE MAIN BUILDING HAS A TOTAL
 OF 1661 SQFT AND THE OTHER BUILDING IS A TOTAL OF 444
 SQFT. THE SQFT VALUE IS APPROXIMATELY $101.34. BASED ON
 THIS THE VALUE OF THE MAIN HOUSE IS $168,325.74. THE
 COST OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS PLUS ANY OTHER
 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BUILDING FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS
 CAN NOT EXCEED 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING
