 1. PLEASE CONTINUE CMU KNEE WALL OR USE ALTERNATIVE
 PANEL ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF LEVEL 2 AND 3 OF THE
 PARKING GARAGE ON OLIVE AVENUE TO SCREEN VEHICLE
 LIGHTS.
 2. THE INTERIOR OF THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCES AND THE
 INTERIOR OF ALL LEVELS OF THE PARKING GARAGE SHALL BE
 TREATED (WALL AND CEILINGS) TO A DEPTH OF 20 FEET. THIS
 INCLUDES PAINTING OR SCREENING PIPES AND OTHER
 UTILITIES.
 3. ALL PARKING GARAGE LIGHTING SHALL BE SHIELDED AND
 NOT PRODUCE GLARE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE STRUCTURE.
 4. THE OWNER SHALL WORK WITH CITY STAFF TO KEEP
 TANGLEWOOD COURT, TRINITY PLACE AND OLIVE AVENUE OPEN
 FOR VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS BY MEANS OF SCAFFOLDING OR
 OTHER MEASURES TO THE MOST EXTENT POSSIBLE THROUGHOUT
 THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.
 5. THE BENCH SHALL HAVE A MIDDLE BAR AND
 ANTI-SKATEBOARDING BARS/OBJECTS TO DETER LOITERING.
 6. THE OWNER SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE CITY PARKING
 ADMINISTRATION FOR THE REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF
 ON-STREET PARKING SPACES.
 7. ENHANCED LANDSCAPE (E.G. SEAGRAPES) SHALL BE
 INCLUDED ALONG THE WESTERN FA?ADE TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT
 GARAGE SCREENING (REVIEWED THROUGH LANDSCAPE PERMIT).
 8. IF THE BICYCLE RACKS CANNOT BE DIRECTLY MOUNTED TO
 PAVERS AND WOULD REQUIRE A CONCRETE PAD, THE LOCATION
 SHALL BE MODIFIED TO EXISTING CONCRETE AREA.
 9. STAFF RECOMMENDS A STRAIGHT END OF THE WESTERN ROW
 OF PAVERS ALONG TANGLEWOOD RATHER THAN SLANTED, FOR
 CONSISTENCY WITH THE REST OF THE PROJECT.
 10. APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT LEVEL OF SERVICE LETTER FOR
 TRASH COLLECTION TO PUBLIC WORKS AND TO ZONING FOR
 DETERMINATION OF CAPACITY FOR TRASH BINS/COMPACTORS
 PRIOR TO CO.
 11. APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT MINOR AMENDMENT WITH
 AS-BUILT PLANS (CIVIL, LANDSCAPE, SITE PLAN,
 ARCHITECTURAL) PRIOR TO CO.
 12. ANY MODIFICATION TO THE PLACEMENT OF ABOVE GROUND
 UTILITIES, INCLUDING WALL MOUNTED UTILITIES SHALL BE
 COORDINATED WITH ZONING AS WELL AS THE OTHER
 DEPARTMENTS. ABOVE GROUND UTILITIES SHALL NOT BE
 LOCATED WITHIN SIDEWALK PATH CLEARANCE AND SHALL BE
 SCREENED BY LANDSCAPE TO BEST EXTENT POSSIBLE. WALL
 MOUNTED SHALL BE PAINTED TO MATCH BUILDING FA?ADE WHEN
 POSSIBLE.
 13. ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED.
 14. THE APPLICANT SHALL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH CITY
 STAFF TO EXPLORE OPTIONS FOR THE RELOCATION OF LARGE
 LIVE OAK TREE #18 TO AN OFF-SITE LOCATION.
 15. THE PROJECT SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENT FOR ART IN
 PUBLIC PLACES. SHEET A4-10 GARAGE SCREENING DETAIL
 SHALL BE UPDATED AS PERMIT REVISION ONCE THE FINAL
 SCREENING IS APPROVED BY AIPP
 16. NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES TO BE UPDATED THROUGH
 REVISION TO SITE DATA PRIOR TO CO. ENSURE THAT THAT
 COMPACT SPACES DO NOT EXCEED 30% OF PROVIDED PARKING
 SPACES
 17. SHEET A1-01 SHALL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT UPDATED
 SITE PLAN AND CIVIL PLANS (OLD MICROMOBILITY STATION
 LOCATION, OLD COMPACTOR STAGING AREA LOCATION, PAVER
 AREA NOT MATCHING) PRIOR TO CO
 18. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE UPDATED IF A PATHWAY WILL
 BE REQUIRED ALONG WESTERN FA?ADE TO EXIT STAIRCASE.
 19. ADJUST GATE TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL 1 FOOT OF SPACE
 BETWEEN GATE AND COMPACT SPACE ON RAMP FROM FLOOR 1 TO
 2
 20. THE DEVELOPER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
 INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED TO SERVE THE
 PROJECT.
 21. ALL STREET LIGHTS, TREE GRATES, BOLLARDS, PAVERS OR
 ANY OTHER STREETSCAPE ELEMENTS INSTALLED WITHIN THE
 CITY?S ROW SHALL COMPLY WITH CITY?S STANDARDS AND SHALL
 BE APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION AND THE
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT DURING THE BUILDING
 PERMIT PROCESS. ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMOVAL OF
 EXISTING STREET LIGHTS SHALL BE A COST TO THE OWNER.
 22. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 A. PHOTOMETRICS
 B. LANDSCAPE (OPEN SPACE COMPLIANCE TO BE REVIEWED
 THROUGH THIS PERMIT)
 C. IRRIGATION
 D. TREE REMOVAL
 E. SIGNAGE
 F. CONSTRUCTION FENCE SIGNAGE (NO SIGNAGE PERMITTED ON
 BUILDING SHELL)
 23. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST BUILDING PERMIT,
 THE APPLICANT SHALL PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SITE
 SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT CPTED OFFICIAL
 24. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 25. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 26. IRRIGATION FOR STREET TREES AND LANDSCAPING IN THE
 RIGHT OF WAYS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT,
 SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM THE SUBJECT DEVELOPMENT.
 ALL EXISTING CITY IRRIGATION LINES RUNNING TO
 INDIVIDUAL AREAS OR TREES SHALL BE REMOVED AND CAPPED
 IN SUCH A WAY TO ENSURE CITY IRRIGATION SUPPLY LINES
 SHALL REMAIN INTACT AND CONTINUOUS FOR OTHER AREAS
 SERVED BY THE LINES
 27. THE OWNER SHALL CONTRIBUTE A TROLLEY FEE AT $10 PER
 MICRO-UNIT PER MONTH. THIS PAYMENT METHOD SHALL BE
 ESTABLISHED PRIOR TO CO.
 28. RECORDED SIDEWALK/ACCESS EASEMENTS SHALL BE
 REQUIRED, AND ALL OTHER EASEMENTS DEEMED NECESSARY BY
 THE CITY SURVEYOR.
 29. PAVEMENT SHALL BE RESURFACED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 CITY STANDARDS TO ANY AREA WHERE PAVEMENT MARKINGS ARE
 REMOVED.
 30. THE OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CAPTURING ANY
 MAJOR GRADE CHANGES WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING
 AND KEEP THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE LOT FREE OF
 TRIP-HAZARD CURB LINES OR ANY RAMPS.
 31. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE
 DEVELOPMENT. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A SEPARATE
 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
