 1) NOT COMPLIED. REQUEST TO DEFER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED
 FROM THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE
 CHARGE. THE ITEMS TO BE DEFERRED NEED TO BE LISTED ON
 THE PLANS. PREVIOUSLY (#38) THE FBC 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN
 THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION
 AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS
 ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW
 THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A
 NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) NOT COMPLIED. THE NOTE IN THE RESPONSE NARRATIVE
 NEEDS TO BE ON THE PLANS. PREVIOUSLY (#39) SHOW
 COMPLIANCE FBC ACCESSIBILITY SECTION 242 FOR ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRY INTO THE POOL OR SPECIFY ON THE PLANS WHY IT IS
 NOT REQUIRED. COMMUNITY POOLS THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH
 A PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY THAT DO NOT RECEIVE
 GOVERNMENTAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR SPONSORSHIP AND
 ARE LIMITED TO THE EXCLUSIVE OF RESIDENTS AND THEIR
 GUESTS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE ADA ACCESSIBILITY
 REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING PROVISIONS FOR POOL LIFTS OR
 SLOPED ENTRIES. IF A SWIMMING POOL LOCATED IN A
 RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY IS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC
 FOR RENTAL OR USE IT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH TITLE
 II OF THE ADA. SPECIFY ON THE PLANS THE FORMER OR SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE LATTER STATEMENTS. SEE DECLARATORY
 STATEMENT, DS 2013-011.
  
 3) NOT COMPLIED. PREVIOUSLY (#40) SEPARATE PERMITS,
 REVIEWS AND FEES ARE REQUIRED FOR SOME ITEMS THAT MAY
 HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE VALUE FOR THIS PROJECT. ITEMS
 SUCH AS FIRE ALARM, FIRE SPRINKLER, LOW VOLTAGE,
 LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND ALL ITEMS OTHER THAN
 BUILDING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN SO THAT WE CAN DEDUCT THESE
 ITEMS FROM THE PERMIT VALUE SO THAT YOU WILL NOT BE
 CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ITEM.
  
 4) NEW COMMENT. THE PROPOSED DOOR FROM SUITE 300, THE
 REST./RETAIL AREA, ON THE GROUND FLOOR THAT OPENS INTO
 THE PARKING GARAGE IS LOCATED IN A ONE HOUR FIRE
 RESISTIVE RATED WALL. TABLE 508.4 REQUIRES A ONE HOUR
 FIRE SEPARATION BETWEEN S-2 AND M OR B OCCUPANCIES IN A
 SPRINKLERED BUILDING. THIS DOOR IS REQUIRED TO BE FIRE
 RATED AND THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A8-01 DOES NOT
 SHOW A FIRE RATING FOR DOOR C300C. THIS DOOR IS
 SPECIFIED AS TYPE D5 WHICH IS A GLAZED DOOR.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING HOW EACH
