 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE RESUBMITTAL INFORMATION STATES THAT THIS IS A
 REVISION TO PERMIT 19060241, WHICH IS THE NORTHERN HALF
 OF THE BUILDING, YET THE DEMOLITION PLAN, SHEET AD1.1,
 SHOWS WORK ONLY FOR THE SOUTH HALF OF THE BUILDING AND
 STATES "NO WORK" IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE BUILDING.
 SUBMIT THE CORRECT DEMOLITION PLAN WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PLANS SUBMITTED INCLUDE BOTH THE NORTH AND THE
 SOUTH HALF OF THE BUILDING (FLOOR PLANS, ELECTRICAL
 PLANS, MECHANICAL PLANS, ETC.) PROVIDE ONLY PLANS THAT
 COVER THE AREA OF WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT AND REMOVE THE
 PLANS THAT DO NOT APPLY.
  
 3) THE BUILDING COMMENTS RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT
 THE ROLL-UP DOOR IS FOR TEMPORARY FUTURE TENANT USE
 PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY. SINCE NO WORK IS TO OCCUR TO
 PREPARE THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE BUILDING FOR
 OCCUPANCY UNLESS THE WEST (ROSEMARY) ELEVATION IS
 BROUGHT INTO CONFORMANCE WITH THE MINIMUM GLAZING
 REQUIREMENTS, THE ROLL UP DOOR NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON THE
 BAY BUILD-OUT PERMIT, NOT ON A PERMIT THAT DOES NOT
 CONTAIN THE FULL SCOPE OF WORK. THE REVISION TO PUT IN
 A LOADING DOOR OPENING IS MORE THAN WHAT IS REQUIRED TO
 MAINTAIN LIFE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4) ADDITIONALLY, WHAT IS THE TEMPORARY FUTURE TENANT
 USE PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY? THE TYPE OF USE MAY NOT BE
 PERMITTED BY THE ROSEMARY SQUARE USE ALLOWANCE, SUCH AS
 THE USE OF THE SPACE TO STORE BUILDING MATERIALS FOR
 THE 575 CONSTRUCTION, OR WOULD REQUIRE UPGRADES SUCH AS
 THE USE OF THE SPACE AS CONSTRUCTION OFFICES FOR THE
 575 CONSTRUCTION.
