 1) 109.3 FBC[AMENDED]PLEASE PROVIDE COPY OF PROPOSAL
 WITH CONTRACTOR TO SHOW WORK VALUE EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT
 SHOWN ON PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2) 301.1 FBC[EXISTING] GENERAL. THE REPAIR, ALTERATION,
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION OR RELOCATION OF ALL
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE METHODS
 LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED
 BY THE APPLICANT. SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3
 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER.

 CODE SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
 B) 301.1.2 FBC[EXISTING] WORK AREA COMPLIANCE METHOD.

 AND RELOCATED BUILDINGS COMPLYING WITH THE APPLICABLE

 C) LEVEL 3 ALTERARTION
 - PLEASE ADD LEVEL OF ALTERATION TO DESIGN DATA.
 -ADD NOTE THAT FLOORING IS UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT
  
 3) THIS BUILDING WOULD HAVE BEEN BUILT WITH FAIRHOUSING
 ACT STANDARDS.
 PLEASE ADD TO COVER SHEET WHICH SAFE HARBOR STANDARD IS
 USED FOR FAIRHOUSING.
  
 101.4.1 FBC[EXISTING]BUILDINGS NOT PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED.
 A BUILDING OR PORTION OF A BUILDING THAT HAS NOT BEEN
 PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED OR USED FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS IN EXISTENCE AT THE TIME OF
 ITS COMPLETION SHALL BE PERMITTED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS IN EXISTENCE AT THE TIME OF ITS
 ORIGINAL PERMIT UNLESS SUCH PERMIT HAS EXPIRED.
 SUBSEQUENT PERMITS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING OR FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 RESIDENTIAL, AS APPLICABLE, FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
  
 IN LOOKING AT UNDIMENSIONED PLANS IT APPEARS THAT CLEAR
 SPACE WILL BE PROVIDED.
 HOWEVER, PLEASE INDICATE WHAT UNITS ARE APPLICABLE TO
 FAIRHOUSING STANDARDS.
 ARE THERE ELEVATORS TO EACH FLOOR? IF YES THAN
 FAIRHOUSING APPLIES TO ALL UNITS.
 FOR THE UNITS WHERE FAIRHOUSING APPLIES INDICATE WHAT
 SPECIFICATION THE BATH IS, SHOW CLEAR FLOOR SAPCE AT
 KITCHEN AND BATHROOM FIXTURES.
  
 REQUIREMENT 7 - USABLE BATHROOMS.
 VERIFY THE NEW VANITY MEETS HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS. ADD
 DETAIL OF CABINET TO SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 4) R-2 UNITS ARE SUBJECT TO FIRE RATINGS AND IT SHOWS
 THAT PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL IS BEING ALTERED IN THE
 KITCHEN SOFFITS.
 PLEASE STATE WHAT RATING IS REQUIRED AT CEILING AND
 PROVIDE TESTED ASSEMBLY THAT WILL BE USED TO MAINTAIN
 THAT RATING.
  
 420.3 FBC[B]HORIZONTAL SEPARATION. FLOOR ASSEMBLIES
 SEPARATING DWELLING UNITS IN THE SAME BUILDINGS, FLOOR
 ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING SLEEPING UNITS IN THE SAME
 BUILDING AND FLOOR ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING DWELLING OR
 SLEEPING UNITS FROM OTHER OCCUPANCIES CONTIGUOUS TO
 THEM IN THE SAME BUILDING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AS
 HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 711.
  
 711.2.4.3 FBC[B]DWELLING UNITS AND SLEEPING UNITS.
 HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLIES SERVING AS DWELLING OR SLEEPING
 UNIT SEPARATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 420.3 SHALL
 BE NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED
 CONSTRUCTION. EXCEPTION: HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLIES
 SEPARATING DWELLING UNITS AND SLEEPING UNITS SHALL BE
 NOT LESS THAN 1/2- HOUR FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED
 CONSTRUCTION IN A BUILDING OF TYPE IIB, IIIB AND VB
 CONSTRUCTION, WHERE THE BUILDING IS EQUIPPED THROUGHOUT
 WITH AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 903.3.1.1.
  
 5) 711.2.4.3 FBC[B]PLEASE ADD NOTE ON COVER IF THE
 UNITS ARE SPRINKLED AND THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS
 WELL.
  
 6) 714 FBC[B]IF PENETRATIONS ARE ALTERED OR CREATED
 PLEASE PROVIDE TESTED ASSEMBLIES THAT SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 714 PENETRATIONS.
