 PROPERLY SIGNED BY ALL REQUIRED PARTIES AND IS
 COORDINATED WITH PLANS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS).
  
 B) ARCHITECT TO CLARIFY WHERE IS THE ENERGY INFORMATION
 SHOWN ON SHEET A-00 TAKEN FROM. NOTE: CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH IS LOCATED IN CLIMATE ZONE1. NOTE: INFORMATION ON
 PLANS AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE COORDINATED TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.

 SPECIFICATIONS AT THE NEW MASTER BEDROOM WINDOWS
 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH WALL. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS
 AND ALL CONNECTORS. SPECIFY SIZE OF COLUMNS BETWEEN
 WINDOWS. AND SPECIFY ALL CONNECTORS (TOP AND BOTTOM).

 R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- REVISE THE BUILDING EXPOSURE SPECIFIED ON SHEET A-00
 UNDER CODE INFORMATION. ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.3,
 SEC. R301.2.1.4.2 AND SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL
 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B".
 REVISE AS REQUIRED AND REVISE THE WINDOWS/DOORS DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN ON SHEETS A-02 AND SHEET A-03 TO
 REFLECT REVISED BUILDING EXPOSURE.
  
 4- PLANS SUBMITTED SHOW A FAMILY ROOM AT THE REAR OF
 THE HOUSE. ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PROPERTY
 APPRAISER THIS ROOM IS AN ENCLOSED PORCH NOT A FAMILY
 ROOM. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CONVERSION OF
 ENCLOSED PORCH TO FAMILY ROOM. SEC. 105.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. NEED TO REVISE PLANS SHOWING THAT THIS ROOM
 WILL COMPLY WITH ALL CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR LIVABLE AREA
 OR CONVERT ROOM BACK TO ENCLOSED PORCH.
  
 5- IT IS NOT CLEAR WHY A PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR FRENCH
 DOORS WAS SUBMITTED. PLANS SUBMITTED DON'T PROVIDE ANY
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF FRENCH DOORS.
 CLARIFY/REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION INCLUDING ALL THE COSTS
 FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL EVALUATION OR PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACTS INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY.(NOTE: SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE) A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
