 TOLERANT AND NATIVE SPECIES ADDED BASED ON THE PROPOSED
 PLANT LIST.
  
 STAFF MET TO REVIEW PERMITS SUBMITTED FOR ZONING,
 HISTORIC, AND LANDSCAPE COMMENTS.
 SITE IS NON CONFORMING, AND STAFF LOOKED AT REDUCING
 NONCONFORMING AREAS WHERE NEW PARKING IS PROPOSED.
