 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. CLEARLY IDENTIFY HOW
 MANY PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED. COLOR SKETCH
 SUBMITTED SEEMS TO SHOW TWO ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES
 ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE LOT JUST AGAINST THE EXISTING
 BUILDING. THIS AREA SEEMS TO BE NEED IT FOR CIRCULATION
 AND FOR THE LAST VEHICLE TO BACK UP. PLEASE REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. PROVIDE SKETCH DRAWN TO SCALE AND IDENTIFYING
 ALL PARKING SPACES, INCLUDING THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES.

 2- PROVIDE PLAN DRAWN TO SCALE. SPECIFY ALL PARKING
 SPACES DIMENSIONS. ALSO, PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. SEC. 107.2.1
 AND SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
