2020-04-22 15:00:30THE PERMIT HAS BEEN APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITION(S):
  
 1. ALL STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS ONLY.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR
 CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E COATING.
 2. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS REPLACING A PREVIOUSLY
 INSTALL WINDOW SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME AND MATCH THE INSET/DEPTH/LOCATION OF THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOWS WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME. THE EXISTING
 MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED WITH A MULLION OF
 THE SAME WIDTH AND LOCATION AS THE EXISTING.
 3. ALL NEW WINDOWS (WHERE A WINDOW DOES NOT EXIST
 CURRENTLY) SHALL FEATURE AN INSET/DEPTH/LOCATION TO
 MATCH AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE THE REPLACEMENT WINDOWS.
 THE WINDOWS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED FLUSH WITH THE
 EXTERIOR WALL.
 4. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS WITH A LITE PATTERN SHALL
 FEATURE AN EXTERNAL DIMENSIONAL PYRAMID MUNTIN PROFILE.
