 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND

 THE CONTRACTOR WOULD NEED TO GET A 3RD PARTY ENGINEER
 TO PROVIDE INSPECTIONS. CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO SHOP
 DRAWING SUBMITTED, CONNECTION TYPE ARE UNKNOWN.

 OCCUPANCY PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED
 WITH THE 2017 ENERGY CODE SECTION C401.2 APPLICATION.
 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE
 FOLLOWING:
 1.THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1, EXCLUDING
 SECTION 9.4.1.1(G) OF THE STANDARD.
 2.THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS C402 THROUGH C405. IN
 ADDITION, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTION C406 AND TENANT SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTION C406.1.1.
 3.THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS C402.5, C403.2, C404,
 C405.2, C405.3, C405.5, C405.6 AND C407. THE BUILDING
 ENERGY COST SHALL BE EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN 85 PERCENT
 OF THE STANDARD REFERENCE DESIGN BUILDING.
  
 19) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
