 ELEVEN (11) FEE SIMPLE TOWNHOUSE LOTS. ZONING CANNOT
 APPROVE THE PERMITS UNTIL THE MAJOR SUBDIVISION
 (REFERENCE: PB 1823) HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE CITY
 COMMISSION AND THE PLAT HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY RECORDED
 WITH THE CLERK OF PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 2.) THE SITE PLAN FOR THE SITE IS STILL PENDING
 APPROVAL BY STAFF (REFERENCE: ISPR 18-12A).
  
  
 NOTES:
  
 * ALL PERMIT PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH ALL
 APPROVED PLANS BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT -
 PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 * ANY REVISIONS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
