 PLEASE REVISE THE SIZE OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY AND
 WALKWAY TO MEET CODE REGULATIONS.
  
 PURUSANT ZLDR SEC. 94-482(A), REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE
 LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL
 BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS
 GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
  
 PURUSANT ZLDR SEC. 94-482(D)(2), EXPANSIONS TO EXISTING
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES AND DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT
 YARD SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET FROM A
 SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF
 THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINING THE APRON.
