 1. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACC
 SECTIONS 304 AND 305 INDICATE ON THE FLOOR PLAN TURNING
 SPACES AND CLEAR FLOOR SPACES FOR ALL ACCESSIBLE
 PLUMBING FIXTURES.
 2. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACC
 SECTIONS 604, 606 AND 305 PROVIDE DETAILS INDICATING
 THE FOLLOWING:
 A. THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE POSITIONED WITH A WALL OR
 PARTITION TO THE REAR AND TO ONE SIDE. THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE 16 INCHES MINIMUM TO 18
 INCHES MAXIMUM FROM THE SIDE WALL OR PARTITION PER FBC
 ACC 604.2
 B. CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE 60 INCHES
 MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE WALL AND
 56 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR
 WALL PER FBC ACC 604.3.1
 C. THE SIDE WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 42 INCHES LONG
 MINIMUM, LOCATED 12 INCHES (305 MM) MAXIMUM FROM THE

 OF THE WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER. THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR AND SHALL NOT BE LOCATED BEHIND GRAB BARS PER FBC
 ACC 604.8.
 G. URINALS SHALL BE THE STALL-TYPE OR THE WALL-HUNG
 TYPE WITH THE RIM 17 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND. URINALS SHALL BE 13 1/2 INCHES DEEP
 MINIMUM MEASURED FROM THE OUTER FACE OF THE URINAL RIM
 TO THE BACK OF THE FIXTURE PER FBC ACC 605.2
 H. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE
 FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34

 EXISTING SANITARY IN WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY ANOTHER TENANT
 SPACE. EXAMINATION OF THE SANITARY ISOMETRIC ON PLAN
 SHEET 3.1P DOES NOT SHOW ANY BAR EQUIPMENT GOING TO THE
 SANITARY. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1 AND 107.3.5.1.3 PROVIDE
 CLARIFICATION.
 4. PLAN SHEET 3.0P STATES THAT KITCHEN PLUMBING IS
 EXISTING AND TO REMAIN. EXAMINATION OF THE WATER RISER
 ON PLAN SHEET 3.1P INDICATES PIPING THAT IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THAT STATEMENT. THE MOST OUTSTANDING
 EXAMPLE IS THERE ARE TWO GAS TANKLESS WATER HEATERS ON
 THE RISER BUT THREE ON THE FLOOR PLAN. PER WPB FBC
 107.2.1 AND 107.3.5.1.3 PROVIDE DETAILED FLOOR PLAN AND
 RISER DIAGRAMS BOTH SANITARY AND WATER THAT ARE
 CONSISTENT WITH EACH OTHER. SHOW LOCATION AND SIZE OF
 GREASE INTERCEPTORS AND PROVIDE SIZING CALCULATIONS FOR
 GREASE INTERCEPTORS. SHOW WATER SERVICE SIZE AND
 LOCATION WITH BACKFLOW PREVENTER. SHOW CALCULATIONS FOR
 SIZING OF WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. PLEASE REFER TO
 PERMIT 18040846 RECORD DRAWINGS ON FILE WITH THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT WHICH SHOW THE
 RECORDED EXISTING PLUMBING AND GAS WHEN PREPARING YOUR
 CLARIFICATIONS. PROVIDE CLEAR INDICATION AS TO WHAT IS
 EXISTING AND WHAT IS NEW.
 5. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1 AND 107.3.5.1.3, PROVIDE
 SPECIFICATION AND SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW ELECTRIC
 TANKLESS WATER HEATER
 6. PER FBC PL 416.5, TEMPERED WATER SHALL BE DELIVERED
 FROM LAVATORIES AND GROUP WASH FIXTURES LOCATED IN
 PUBLIC TOILET FACILITIES PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMERS,
 PATRONS AND VISITORS. TEMPERED WATER SHALL BE DELIVERED
 THROUGH AN APPROVED WATER-TEMPERATURE LIMITING DEVICE
 THAT CONFORMS TO ASSE 1070
 7. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1 AND 107.3.5.1.3, PROVIDE
 SPECIFICATION AND SCHEDULE FOR THE GAS TANKLESS WATER
 HEATERS. INDICATE WHETHER THEY ARE NEW OR EXISTING.
 8. WPB FBC 107.2.1 AND 107.3.5.1.3 REGARDING PLAN SHEET
 1.2A (EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE), PROVIDE ALL PLUMBING
 CONNECTIONS REQUIRED FOR ITEMS 49 THROUGH 55 INCLUDING
 BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE UNDERCOUNTER HAND SINK. INDICATE
 WHICH ITEMS ON THE SCHEDULE ARE EXISTING AND WHICH ARE
 NEW. ADD THE CO2 DISPENSER TO THE SCHEDULE AND PROVIDE
 BACKFLOW PREVENTION FOR THE WATER SUPPLY.
