 SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT (SFWMD) IS
 REQUIRED. SUCH WRITTEN APPROVAL SHALL CONTAIN THE DATE

 BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE MIDDLE-ONE THIRD OF THE LOT
 ON WHICH A DOCK IS CONSTRUCTED, AS EXTENDED INTO THE
 WATERWAY. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS WITHIN THE SURVEY
 AND SITE PLAN THAT SHOW THE PROPOSED DOCK AND ALL
 RELATED ELEMENTS WILL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE MIDDLE
