 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 PLEASE UPDATE ALL OF THE FLORIDA CODES ARE UNDER THE

 2) SHEET A0001 THE COVERSHEET SHOWS THE TENANT SPACE
 NUMBER E115 AND THE CLOSEST GANG RESTROOMS ARE FOUND IN
 THE FOOD COURT. IF THE DISTANCE FROM THE FRONT DOORS OF
 UNIT E115 TO THE GANGED RESTROOMS THROUGH THE BACK OF
 HOUSE CORRIDOR BEHIND THE FOOD COURT IS 365 FEET. IF
 YOU GO AROUND THE FRONT OF THE FOOD COURT THE DISTANCE
 IS OVER 745 FEET TO THE RESTROOMS. THIS TENANT SPACE
 AND OTHERS IN THIS BUILDING AND OTHER BUILDINGS ARE
 REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR RESTROOMS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND
 EMPLOYEES SINCE THE MAXIMUM DISTANCE IN OPEN AND CLOSED
 MALLS TO RESTROOMS FOR EMPLOYEES AND THE PUBLIC IS 300
 FEET. WHEN THE MALL WAS CREATED THIS WAS ONE
 REQUIREMENT THAT THE TENANT SPACES OVER 300 FEET AWAY
 FROM THE GANGED RESTROOMS HAD TO MEET. SEE THE 2017
 FBC-B 2902.3.3 LOCATION OF TOILET FACILITIES IN MALLS.
  
 THE DEMO-SHEET A0090-DEMO FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A COMPLIANT
 RESTROOM IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B SECTION
 2902.3.1 ACCESS. THE ROUTE TO THE PUBLIC TOILET
 FACILITIES REQUIRED BY SECTION 2902.3 SHALL NOT PASS
 THROUGH STORAGE ROOMS OR CLOSETS. THE NEW PROPOSED
 FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT FOUND ON SHEET A0106 DOESN?T MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC-B 2902.3.1.
  
 3) ON THE COVERSHEET PLEASE PROVIDE THE CLOSET PUBLIC
 COMMON AREA WATER FOUNTAIN AND DISTANCE FROM THIS
 TENANT SPACE. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 2902.5 DRINKING FOUNTAIN LOCATION. PUBLIC DRINKING
 FOUNTAINS ARE TO BE LOCATED WITHIN A DISTANCE OF TRAVEL
 OF 500 FEET OF THE MOST REMOTE LOCATION IN THE TENANT
 SPACE. WHEN THE TENANT SPACE IS IN A COVERED OR OPEN
 MALL, SUCH DISTANCE SHALL NOT EXCEED 300 FEET. DRINKING
 FOUNTAINS SHALL BE LOCATED ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 4) SHEET 017-A2300 STOREFRONT ELEVATIONS SHOWS (IN DARK
 LINED INK LINES) NEW ENTRY DOORS AND STOREFRONT GLAZING
 SYSTEM TO MATCH. THE NEW STOREFRONT SYSTEM WOULD APPEAR
 TO BE (2) NEW 3-0X 7-0 GLAZED DOORS, SIDE LITE, AND
 TRANSOMS ABOVE BOTH THE GLAZED DOORS. WHEREAS ON SHEET
 020-A2500 THE PLANS STATE THE 2 TRANSOMS ABOVE THE (2)
 GLAZED DOORS ARE TO REMAIN. 107.2.1.2 DISCREPANCY IN
 THE PLANS. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 5) WITH THE NEW STOREFRONT SYSTEM THERE IS NO WIND
 DESIGN CRITERIA PROVIDED FOR THIS REVIEW. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2017 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 5.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.

 APPROVALS THE ELEMENTS LISTED BELOW ARE NOT IDENTIFIED.
 PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE
 SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION
 TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH
 GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT,
 TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED

 ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2017 FBC-B
 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 8A) W. P. B. 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
 8B) 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF
 THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 9) SHEET 053-M100 SHOWS ON BOTH ERTU UNITS 1 & 2 SMOKE
 DETECTORS IN THE SUPPLY AND RETURN DUCTS. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WIT THE 2017 FBC-B 907.3.1 AND THE
 FBC-MECHANICAL SECTIONS:
 606.2 WHERE THE SMOKE DETECTORS ARE REQUIRED AND
 606.2.1. SMOKE DETECTORS ARE REQUIRED ON THE SUPPLY
 SIDE AS PER NFPA 90A.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
