 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET:
 1A) THE LIFE SAFETY NOTES INDICATE THIS OCCUPANCY IS TO
 BE CONSIDERED MERCANTILE BUT IN THE OCCUPANCY TYPE AND
 CALCS THERE 4 OCCUPANCY TYPES INDICATED, ASSEMBLY,
 MERCANTILE, BUSINESS & STORAGE. THIS TENANT SPACE IT
 WOULD APPEAR TO BE A MIXED USE OCCUPANCY. I BELIEVE THE
 AREA THAT IS LISTED AS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY IS
 MISLABELED, THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT IDENTIFIED
 WHAT TYPE OF ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY THIS AREA IS, A-1, A-2,
 A-3 AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY DOES NOT FIT THE USE IN ANY
 OF THESE ASSEMBLY TYPES. IT APPEARS THAT THE RECEPTION
 AREA IS MORE OF A CROWD CONTROL AREA JUST AS IN SOME
 CHECK CASHING BUSINESSES, THIS AREA LENDS ITSELF TO
 MORE OF A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY OR POSSIBLY MERCANTILE.
 PLEASE REVIEW SECTIONS 303.2, 303.3 & 303.4 FOR WHAT
 USES FALL UNDER AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY AND WHAT SERVICES
 FALL UNDER BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES FOUND UNDER SECTION
 304.1 OF THE 2017 FBC-B. THE OCCUPANT LOAD WILL CHANGE,
 PLEASE UPDATE THE PLANS.
  
 1B) DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THE
 ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF THE CONTROLLED AREA ARE REVERSED.
 SHEET LS100AND A101 BOTH SHOW THE EXIT AS THE RIGHT
 OUTSWING DOOR 103A WHEREAS SHEET A105 SHOWS THE EXIT
 DOOR TO THE LEFT, PLEASE REVIEW ALL PLAN SHEETS TO
 VERIFY THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT LOCATIONS ARE SHOWN IN THE
 CORRECT LOCATION. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS

 CLASS FOR EITHER A SPRINKLERED OR NON-SPRINKLERED

 A300 AND A301 BUT THE DRAWING INDEX DOES NOT SHOW THESE
 SHEETS EXIST, NOR DOES THE PLANS SHOW THESE VARIOUS
 ELEVATION VIEWS. CODE COMPLIANCE CANNOT BE ACHIEVED
 WITHOUT THESE DETAILS. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO THE 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE:
 SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED
 TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.

 LOCATION IS TAKEN FROM THE BACK WALL TO THE CENTERLINE

 PAPER DISPENSERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE
 WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER. THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR AND SHALL NOT BE LOCATED BEHIND GRAB BARS.
 DISPENSERS SHALL NOT BE OF A TYPE THAT CONTROLS
 DELIVERY OR THAT DOES NOT ALLOW CONTINUOUS PAPER FLOW.
