 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR
 TO ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME

 WAS SUBMITTED WITH INFORMATION FOR CONCRETE TILE AND IS
 MISSING THE INFORMATION FOR THE METAL ROOF. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE METAL ROOF.
  
 B) ROOFING TILES. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL7849-R11
 SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND CLEARLY MARK FASTENING METHOD. NOTE:
 SEE PLANS FOR LOCATION OF PROPOSED INSTALLATION.
 ADDITIONAL PRODUCT APPROVALS MAY BE REQUIRED BASED ON
 THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION METHOD. SEE ARCHITECT'S
 EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS.
  
 C) GARAGE OVERHEAD DOOR DOOR. NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURE

 D) NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR ARCHED ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN
 ON PLANS.
  
 E)FLAT ROOF FOR THE PORTE COCHERE. AND, CLEARLY MARK
 WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY
 DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES,
 THEN SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED.
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
 6- SPECIFIED FOOTING SIZE WF5 -20 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH
 THE MINIMUM FOOTING DEPTH REQUIRED BY SEC. R403.1.4
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE FOOTING SIZE AS REQUIRED. NOTE:
 REVISE TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET A-3.0 ALSO. KEEP

 10- ALL THE DESIGN PARAMETERS INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE
 COVER SHEET AND SHEET A-1.0 ARE VERY DIFFERENT. WHICH
 ONE IS THE CORRECT ONE FOR THIS PROJECT?. REVISE AS
