 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) UPDATED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE SURVEY,
 EVEN IF IT IS MORE THAN ONE YEAR OLD. THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING DOES NOT CONFORM TO HOW IT IS SHOWN ON THE
 SURVEY. YOU MUST SHOW THE ACCURATE PROPERTY LINE, WITH
 DIMENSIONS TO THE BUILDING WALLS, ON THE FLOOR PLAN SO
 THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT YOU ARE NOT BUILDING ACROSS
 THE PROPERTY LINE. SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EITHER THIS
 BUILDING OR THE NEIGHBORING BUILDING CROSS THE PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: THE COMMENT RESPONSE STATES THAT
 THE BUILDING WILL BE USED AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S
 OFFICE WILL STORE VALUABLES THAT CAN'T BE KEPT ON THE
 JOB SITE DURING CONSTRUCTION OR STORING AWAY PLANS AND
 RECORDS. THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT
 ALLOWS THE OFFICE AND THE ACCESSORY STORAGE OF RECORDS
 AND PLAN; HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT PERMIT THE STORAGE OF
 ANY MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT. THESE MATERIALS AND
 EQUIPMENT MUST BE STORED ELSEWHERE. WHILE THE RESPONSE
 STATES THAT THE BUILDING HAS BEEN USED FOR STORAGE IN
 THE PAST, THE CITY DOES NOT HAVE A BUSINESS TAX OR
 CERTIFICATE OF USE SHOWING THAT THIS SPACE HAS BEEN
 USED AS A STORAGE BUSINESS. THE USE OF THIS SPACE BY
 THE DRY CLEANER ON SITE AS ACCESSORY STORAGE FOR THEIR
 BUSINESS DOES NOT VEST THE BUILDING FOR CONSTRUCTION
 MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT.
  
 3) PROVISO: THE PARKING LOT WILL NEED TO BE STRIPED TO
 MEET CITY STANDARDS (REQUIRES SEPARATE STRIPING PERMIT)
 PRIOR TO THE FINAL C.O. FOR THE RENOVATED SPACE. NOTE:
 THE PARKING DETAIL PROVIDED WITH THESE PLANS DO NOT
 COMPLY WITH CITY STANDARDS.
