 (D.B) 1052, PG. 264 SHOWN ON THE SURVEY TO PROVE THE
 "R/W & EASMENT FOR RAILROAD SIDING" HAS BEEN REVERTED
 BACK TO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
 2. PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION.
 3. BASED ON THE PROPOSED SQUARE FOOTAGE, ADDITIONAL
 PARKING WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE SUBJECT SITE. SHOW THE
 AMOUNT OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES THAT WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED BASED ON THE ADDITION.
