 DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
 -PLEASE ADD NAME OF PERSON ON EACH PAGE PROVIDED. I SEE
 SIGNATURE ON ONE SHEET ONLY, BUT NAME AND SIGNATURE
 SHOULD BE ON ALL PAGES.
  
 2) PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION AND NOTES OF WORK BEING
 PERFORMED ON THE PLAN. IT IS HARD TO TELL THE EXTENT OF
 WORK WITH THE DRAWING PROVIDED. FOR EXAMPLE, ARE THE
 EXTERIOR WALLS BEING DRYWALLED, INSULATION
 CEILING/WALLS AND WHAT ARE NEW PARTITIONS MADE FROM?
  
 3) ADD SOME PROJECT DATA TO THE PLANS:

 4) 501.1.1 FBC[RE] ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS, OR REPAIRS:
 GENERAL. ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS, OR REPAIRS TO AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, BUILDING SYSTEM OR PORTION THEREOF
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION R502, R503 OR R504. UNALTERED
 PORTIONS OF THE EXISTING BUILDING OR BUILDING SUPPLY
 SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THIS CODE.
 -HOW ARE ENERGY CODE REQUIRMENTS BEING IMPLEMENTED IN

 IN.
  
 6) PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ANY NEW DOORS OR
 WINDOWS. SHOW ON PLANS WHERE NEW DOORS OR WINDOWS ARE
 BEING INSTALLED AND THE SIZES OF OPENINGS.
  
 7)IS ANTHING HAPPENING WITH THE ROOF? IF SO PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ROOFING, OR INDICATE THAT THEY
 WILL BE SUBMITTED WITH ROOFING SUB-PERMIT
  
 A FULL REVIEW WILL BE PROVIDED UPON RECEIPT OF MORE
 COMPLETE DRAWINGS, NOTES AND DESCRIPTIONS.
  
 NOTES:
  
 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
  
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW
 OF MATERIALS REQUESTED.
  
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
