 TO $825,000.00 DOLLARS IN VALUE IN THE NEW PERMIT
 APPLICATION. THE RESPONSE LETTER FROM THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL STATES THE CORRECT VALUE OF THE PROJECT IS
 $750,000.00 DOLLARS IN VALUE. PLEASE NOTE THERE SEEMS
 TO BE A DISCREPANCY OF OPINION.
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) 2ND REVIEW/ SEMI-COMPLIED. THE QUESTION WAS ASKED
 SHEET G100 STATES THE NEW PORTE CACHERE IS TO BE
 PROVIDED BY THE OWNER AND INSTALLED BY OTHERS (ANOTHER
 CONTRACTOR). THE RESPONSE WAS NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT,
 IT IS TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT, REVIEW AND
 ASSOCIATED FEES. THERE SEEMS TO BE A DISCONNECT ON THE
 SUBMITTAL SIDE AND THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. IN THE
 RESPONSE TO COMMENTS 2, 3 & 4 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 REPEATEDLY STATED THAT THE PORTE COCHERE WOULD BE UNDER
 SEPARATE PERMIT. UNDER THE 2ND REVIEW A NEW PERMIT
 APPLICATION WAS ADDED UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK
 ADDITIONAL WORDING WAS ADDED ( + PORTE COCHERE). THE
 VALUE OF THE PERMIT WAS INCREASE TO THE DOLLAR AMOUNT
 OF $825,000.00 IN VALUE. DISCREPANCY IN WHAT IS TO BE
 COVERED UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT. FOR THIS REVIEW
 I?M GOING TO TAKE THE ARCHITECT AS THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AS MAKING ALL THE CALLS ON THIS PROJECT, AND ALL
 INFORMATION SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD FOR ACCURACY AS IT PERTAINS TO THE PROJECT.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..

 THAT THE PORTE COCHERE WILL BE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT,

 THAT THE PORTE COCHERE WILL BE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT,

 REGULATIONS UNDER THE ZONING DIVISION, NOT REQUIREMENTS
 BY THE 2017 FBC-B. THE PORTE COCHERE TO BE CONSIDERED
 PART OF THE 3 STORY BUILDING IT WILL REQUIRE FIRE
 SPRINKLERS FOR A TYPE 5A BUILDING, OTHERWISE YOU ARE
 LOOKING AT 2 SEPARATE BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT. SEE
 503.1.2 BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT WITH ASSUMED PROPERTY
 LINE. ALSO REVIEW BUILDING HEIGHT AND AREA LIMITATIONS
 SECTIONS 504 AND 506 FOR BUILDINGS TO COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE APPLICABLE TO THE AGGREGATE
 BUILDING FOR AREA AND HEIGHT.
  
 6) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET G100 STATES THAT 5 OF THE 5
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE REGRADED AND
 RESTRIPED. THE REVISION STATES NOTE 3 THAT ALL WORK
