 PERMIT AND PLANS. THERE NEEDS TO BE A DEFINITE
 DISTINCTION AS WHAT WORK BELONGS TO WHICH CONTRACTOR.

 5) THE PORTE COCHERE TO BE CONSIDERED PART OF THE 3
 STORY BUILDING WOULD REQUIRE SPRINKLERS, FOR A BUILDING
 TYPE 5A, OTHERWISE YOU ARE LOOKING AT 2 SEPARATE
 BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT AND AN ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE.
 YOU NOW HAVE 2 SEPARATE BUILDINGS ON THE SAME LOT.
 503.1.2 BUILDINGS ON SAME LOT. TWO OR MORE BUILDINGS ON
 THE SAME LOT SHALL BE REGULATED AS SEPARATE BUILDINGS
 OR SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS PORTIONS OF ONE BUILDING
 WHERE THE BUILDING HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES OF EACH
 BUILDING AND THE AGGREGATE BUILDING AREA OF THE
 BUILDINGS ARE WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS SPECIFIED IN
 SECTIONS 504 AND 506. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE
 APPLICABLE TO THE AGGREGATE BUILDING SHALL BE

 RE-GRADED AND RE-STRIPED. THE NOTE STATES THE RE-STRIPE
 OF THE PARKING SPACES TO MINIMUM DIMENSIONS SHOWN PER
 THE 2012 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE REQUIREMENTS.
 PLEASE REFER TO THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND
 WEST PALM BEACH CITY ACCESSIBLE PARKING STANDARD. AN

 NOTE NUMBER 9 TO PROVIDE A NEW CURB WITH FLUSH
 TRANSITION AND 5 FOOT WIDE SIDEWALK TO THE NEW
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE. WITH THE REGRADING OF THE
 OTHER ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES WILL THERE POSSIBLY BE
 ADDITIONAL WORK TO MAKE THE TRANSITION FROM THE ACCESS
 AISLE TO THE SIDEWALK? ARE THE OTHER DROPPED AT THE
 ACCESS AISLE AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH 406 CURB RAMPS OF
 THE 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE, FBC.

 DEVICE, THIS ABBREVIATION IS NOT LISTED ON THE
 COVERSHEET. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B
 SECTION 454.1.3.1.9. LATCHING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 9) SHEET S001 NOTE 2. WIND LOAD PER ASCE 7 IS LISTED AS
 A B EXPOSURE. IN THE ASCE 7-10 26.7.3 EXPOSURE
 CATEGORIES. THE EXPOSURE B PREVAILS IN THE UPWIND
 DIRECTION FOR A DISTANCE GREATER THAN 2,600 FT. OR 20
 TIMES THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
 YOU CAN SHOOT A VECTOR TO THE SOUTHEAST OF THE SITE
 DOWN THE I-95 CORRIDOR FOR OVER 3,000 FT. BEFORE ANY
 OBJECTS OCCUR. FOR SITES LOCATED IN TRANSITION ZONES
 BETWEEN EXPOSURE CATEGORIES, THE CATEGORY RESULTING IN
 THE LARGEST WIND FORCE SHALL BE USED. ASCE 7-10 SECTION
 26.7.1 WIND DIRECTION AND SECTORS DOES NOT REQUIRE THE
 MORE STRINGENT WIND EXPOSURE FROM ALL SECTORS AS STATED

 TABLE 601 OF THE 2017 FBC-BUILDING A 1 HOUR FIRE RATING
 WILL BE ACHIEVED. THE SAME 1 HOUR RATING WILL ALSO NEED
