 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: ALL EXTERIOR SIGNAGE NEEDS TO BE
 REMOVED FROM SHEETS A200 AND A201. NOTE: EXTERIOR
 SIGNAGE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT AND IS NOT REVIEWED
 AS PART OF THE INTERIOR BUILD OUT PERMIT. THESE SHEETS
 HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED AS STATED IN THE COMMENT
 RESPONSE.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: THE 2ND LEVEL FLOOR PLAN INDICATES
 THAT THE EXTERIOR WALLS AT THE CORNER OF THE BAY, WHERE
 THE FITTING ROOMS ARE PROPOSED) ARE EXISTING SOLID
 WALLS (EXISTING STUCCO SURFACE FACADE ON SHEETS A200
 AND A201). THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. CONTRARY TO THE
 COMMENT RESPONSE, SHEETS A200 AND A201 HAVE NOT BEEN
 REMOVED. WHILE THE LANDLORD HAS SUBMITTED PERMIT
 20030637 FOR EXTERIOR WORK, ZONING STAFF HAS NOT
 APPROVED THE PERMIT. ONE ISSUE IS THE PROPOSED BLOCKING
 IN THE GLAZING AT THE CORNER OF THIS IMPORTANT SPACE.
 THIS CORNER NEEDS TO REMAIN WITH GLAZING. IF YOU MUST
 LOCATE THE FITTING ROOMS IN THIS LOCATION, WHICH SEEMS
 THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER SERVED TO HAVE VIEW INTO THE
 STORE, THEN SET THE FITTING ROOM BACK SO THAT THAT
 THERE CAN BE MERCHANDISE DISPLAYED BETWEEN STOREFRONT
 GLAZING AND THE REAR OF THE FITTING ROOMS. LIFESTYLE
 IMAGERY CAN THEN BE INSTALLED ON THE BACK OF THE
 FITTING ROOMS WALLS.
  
 3) NEW COMMENT: THE RESPONSE COMMENTS STATE THAT THERE
 IS NO FACADE/EXTERIOR STOREFRONT WORK ASSOCIATED WITH
 THIS INTERIOR BUILD OUT PERMIT. THE SECOND FLOOR
 EXTERIOR INCLUDED AS A BASE FOR THIS PERMIT DOES NOT
 MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE LANDLORD EXTERIOR WORK
 PERMIT. THIS INCLUDES THE ENTRY DOOR LOCATION (NORTH
 VS. WEST FACADE) AND THE PROPOSED SOLID WALL INFILL
 (NOT APPROVED BY ZONING - SEE COMMENT 2). UNLESS YOU
 ARE GOING TO CHANGE WHAT THE LANDLORD IS INSTALLING,
 ALL THE PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE EXTERIOR MATCHING WHAT
 THE FINAL APPROVED PERMIT FOR THE LANDLORD WORK SHOWS.
 IF YOU ARE CHANGING WHAT IS APPROVED FOR THE LANDLORD,
 THEN YOU WILL NEED TO INCLUDE THE DETAILS FOR THE NEW
 EXTERIOR DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 4) UPDATED REPEAT COMMENT: SHEETS M101 AND M201
 SPECIFICALLY CALL OUT THE INSTALLATION OF NEW EXHAUST
 FANS TO BE INSTALLED ON THE ROOF WITH THIS PERMIT. THE
 LANDLORD IS NOT INSTALLING ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT AS PART OF
 PERMIT 20030637 OR ANY OTHER PERMIT. IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE CITYPLACE DRI, PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE
 NEW EXHAUST FANS (NEW ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT),
 ARE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW THROUGH ANY COMBINATION
 OF LANDSCAPING, WALLS AND EQUIPMENT LOCATION.
 VERIFICATION CAN BE PROVIDED BY PLANS OR OTHER EVIDENCE
 THAT THE NEW ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE
 SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW.
