 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) ALL SIGNAGE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM SHEETS A200 AND
 A201.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE 2ND LEVEL FLOOR PLAN INDICATES
 THAT THE EXTERIOR WALLS AT THE CORNER OF THE BAY, WHERE
 THE FITTING ROOMS ARE PROPOSED) ARE EXISTING SOLID
 WALLS (EXISTING STUCCO SURFACE FACADE ON SHEETS A200
 AND A201). THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. THE OPENINGS HAVE A
 KNEE WALL WITH STOREFRONT GLAZING. THE EXISTING
 OPENINGS MAY NOT BE FILLED IN, BLACKED OUT OR OTHERWISE
 HAVE CONSTRUCTION TO OBSTRUCT THE VIEW INTO THE STORE.
 ---- THE STOREFRONT ELEVATIONS ON SHEETS A200 AND A201
 CONTINUE TO SHOW INACCURATE CONDITIONS. THERE IS NO
 PERMIT TO CLOSE IN THE EXISTING STOREFRONT ON WHERE THE
 CHANGING ROOMS ARE PROPOSED. YOU MAY NOT SHOW
 INACCURATE PLANS AND THEN SAY THAT IT IS NOT PART OF
 YOUR SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS NEW
 EQUIPMENT BEING INSTALLED ON THE ROOF. IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE CITYPLACE DRI, PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION
 THAT ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT
 NOT LIMITED TO SUCH ITEMS AS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY
 SERVICE CONNECTIONS; HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR
 CONDITIONING SYSTEMS; COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES; AND
 RELATED EQUIPMENT, SHALL BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW
 THROUGH ANY COMBINATION OF LANDSCAPING, WALLS AND
 EQUIPMENT LOCATION. PLEASE PROVIDE PLANS OR OTHER
 EVIDENCE THAT THE NEW ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL
 BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW. ---- THE RESPONSE LETTER
 MENTIONS SEPARATE PERMITS FOR THE ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT,
 YET STAFF HAS FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF A SEPARATE PERMIT;
 THEREFORE, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE THE DRAWINGS TO VERIFY
 THAT THE EQUIPMENT MEETS THE SCREENING REQUIREMENTS.
