 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE SKYLIGHT.
  
 5) PLEASE REVISE THE CODE INFORMATION ON THE
 COVERSHEET. THE 2017 CHAPTER 1 AMENDMENTS SHOULD BE
 REFERENCED AND NOT THE 2010.
  
 6) THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR FOR THE GROUND FLOOR SALES
 AREA OF 30 GROSS IS INCORRECT. THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR
 FOR MERCANTILE IS 60 GROSS PER FBC 2017 TABLE 1004.1.2.
 THIS WAS CHANGED FROM THE 2014 FBC.
  
 7) THE ACCESSIBLE FITTING ROOM BENCH HEIGHT IS
 SPECIFIED AS 1'-6" AFF ON SHEET A450 AND 1'-7" ON SHEET
 A526. PLEASE COORDINATE. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) ON SHEET A101, THERE IS A ROOM LABELED "VISUAL" WITH
 ONE HOUR FIRE RATED WALLS AND A 60 MINUTE FIRE RATED
 DOOR. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE USE OF THIS ROOM AND IDENTIFY
 THE TYPE AND QUANTITIES OF ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS THAT

 DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR
 REVIEW.
  
 12) SUBMIT SHORING PLANS FOR THE OPENING FOR THE NEW
 STAIRS THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. FAC 61G15-30.003 ENGINEERING
 DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED

 13) THE STRUCTURAL GENERAL NOTES ON SHEET S000 REQUIRE
 A REGISTERED ENGINEER OR TEST AGENCY WITH EXPERIENCED
 TECHNICIANS UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF A
 REGISTERED ENGINEER TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR FOR THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS. 2017
 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 110.3.9 OTHER
 INSPECTIONS SERVICES. RESIDENT INSPECTOR. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY MAKE, OR CAUSE TO BE MADE BY OTHERS, THE
 INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY SECTION 109. HE/SHE MAY ACCEPT
 REPORTS OF INSPECTORS OF RECOGNIZED INSPECTION
 SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT AFTER INVESTIGATION HE/SHE IS
 SATISFIED AS TO THEIR QUALIFICATIONS AND RELIABILITY. A
 CERTIFICATE CALLED FOR BY ANY PROVISION OF THE
 TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE BASED ON SUCH REPORTS
 UNLESS THE SAME ARE IN WRITING AND CERTIFIED BY A
 RESPONSIBLE OFFICER OF SUCH SERVICE. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE THE OWNER TO EMPLOY AN INSPECTION
 SERVICE IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:
 1. FOR BUILDINGS OR ADDITIONS OF TYPE I OR II
 CONSTRUCTION
 2. FOR ALL MAJOR STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS
 3. WHERE THE CONCRETE DESIGN IS BASED ON COMPRESSIVE
 STRENGTH (F ?C) IN EXCESS OF 3000
 POUNDS PER SQUARE INCH
 4. FOR PILE DRIVING
 5. FOR BUILDINGS WITH AREA GREATER THAN 20,000 SQUARE
 FOOT
 6. FOR BUILDINGS MORE THAN 2 STORIES IN HEIGHT
 7. FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES OF UNUSUAL DESIGN OR
 METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION
 RESIDENT INSPECTOR FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES
 NOTARIZED AND RETURNED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR
 THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR PLEASE PROVIDE A RESUME' OF
 INSPECTION EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS PROJECT. THE RESUME'
 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS SPECIFIED
 HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE WILL
 REVIEW THE RESUME'. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH AN EMAIL
 ADDRESS AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO SEND YOU A COPY OF THE
 OCTOBER 2018 GUIDELINES AND POLICIES FOR PROJECTS
 CONCERNING THRESHOLD/SPECIAL INSPECTORS AND RESIDENT
 INSPECTORS.
  
 14) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
