 1. A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATION WILL
 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AND HEARD BY THE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION BOARD FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSED WORK:
  
 A) COMPLETE OR PARTIAL REMOVABLE OF THE WOOD SIDING AND
 REPLACEMENT WITH AN ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL SUCH AS VINYL,
 ALUMINUM, OR STEEL PER SUPPLIED PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 B) COMPLETE REMOVAL OF WOOD SIDING AND REPLACEMENT WITH
 A WOOD (IN-KIND; SAME MATERIAL AND PROFILE).
  
 2. A BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL MAY BE GRANTED IF 40% OR
 LESS OF THE EXISTING WOOD SIDING IS TO BE REPLACED
 IN-KIND. (SAME MATERIAL AND PROFILE) PROOF OF NOT
 EXCEEDING 40% SHALL BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE APPLICATION.
  
 VINYL SIDING IS A PROHIBITED MATERIAL WITHIN A HISTORIC
 DISTRICT, REQUIRING HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD
 APPROVAL TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS (COA) APPLICATION CAN
 BE FOUND UNDER APPLICATION & RESOURCES UNDER
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES / PLANNING & ZONING. HTTPS://WPB.O

 THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE DECEMBER 18, 2019
 MEETING HAS PASSED. IF A COMPLETE APPLICATION CAN BE
 SUBMITTED BY 4:00 PM ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15 THE CASE
 WILL BE HEARD AT THE DECEMBER MEETING. OTHERWISE THE
 DEADLINE FOR THE JANUARY 28, 2020 MEETING IS DECEMBER
 18, 2019. THE PROPERTY OWNER OR A REPRESENTATIVE IS
 REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE MEETING.
  
 STAFF WILL RECOMMEND DENIAL FOR A VINYL SIDING.
