2019-10-29 13:33:39THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. STAFF IS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE EXISTING CONDITION
 AND THE PROPOSED CONDITION OF EACH WINDOW OPENING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A PHOTO OF EACH ELEVATION LABELING THE
 OPENING TO MATCH WITH THE PROPOSED ORDER FORM. FOR
 LARGE ELEVATIONS, MULTIPLE PHOTOS MAY BE USED.
 2. ALL WINDOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A MUNTIN
 PATTERN. A 6/1 IS VERY COMMON FOR A MISSION REVIVAL
 STRUCTURE. PROVIDE A MUNTIN DETAIL. THE EXTERNAL
 MUNTINS MUST A DIMENSIONAL OGEE PROFILE. SPECIFIC
 MUNTIN PATTERN WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE WINDOW. STAFF
 IS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT IS THE BEST WINDOW LITE
 PATTERN PER WINDOW.
 3. HORIZONTAL ROLLER WINDOWS AND FIXED WINDOWS
 (OPENINGS #19 AND #20) ARE UNLIKELY TO BE APPROVED
 BASED ON THE PERIOD OF THE STRUCTURE. STAFF RECOMMENDS
 REVISING THEM TO PAIRED CASEMENTS OR A SINGLE CASEMENT
 DEPENDING ON THE OPENING.
  
 THE FOLLOWING ARE PROPOSED CONDITIONS THAT WILL BE
 ADDED TO THE PERMIT ONCE SUFFICIENT INFORMATION IS
 SUBMITTED. CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO
 FINAL APPROVAL.
  
 A. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS
 WITH LOW-E COATING. TINTED OR PRIVACY GLASS IS
 PROHIBITED.
 B. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING. ALL WINDOWS SHALL MATCH THE
 INSET/DEPTH OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS WITHIN THE WINDOW
 OPENING.
 C. THE NEW MULLION SHALL MATCH THE WIDTH OF THE
 EXISTING MULLION ON ALL WINDOWS.
