 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- TAMKO UNDERLAYMENT FL12328-R8 SUBMITTED:
 THE LAST NOTE OF THE APPLICATION METHOD ON PAGE 2 OF 4
 STATES THAT "ALL ROOF COVERINGS SHALL BE MECHANICALLY
 FASTENED THROUGH THE UNDERLAYMENT TO THE ROOF DECK".
 THE ROOF TILE IS GOING TO BE FASTENED WITH FOAM
 ADHESIVE. THEREFORE, ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF
 THIS UNDERLAYMENT IT CAN NO BE USED. PROVIDE OTHER
 UNDERLAYMENT THAT IS ADEQUATE FOR THE PROPOSED
 INSTALLATION OR PROVIDE COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION TO SHOW
 THAT THIS UNDERLAYMENT IS ADEQUATE FOR THE PROPOSED
 INSTALLATION.
 NOTE: WHEN SUBMITTING DOCUMENTATION TAKE INTO
 CONSIDERATION THAT LIMITATION #2 ON PAGE 3 OF 4 OF THIS
 UNDERLAYMENT STATES THAT "WIND UPLIFT RESISTANCE IS NOT
 WITHIN SCOPE OF THIS EVALUATION. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO SHOW WIND UPLIFT OF THIS
 UNDERLAYMENT AND ROOF TILE INSTALLATION WITH FOAM
 ADHESIVE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS AND SEC.

 PADDY SIZE AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING
 PERMITS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 OF SEC. 1609.5.2 FBC-BUILDING.

 SEE SEC. 5.6.3 ON PAGE 5 OF 10. AND CLEARLY IDENTIFY
 THE UNDERLAYMENT SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED. SEE

 SELECTED SYSTEM TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
