 003_A1.1.1 THE NUMBERING SYSTEM FOR ALL ROOMS DOES NOT
 CORRELATE FROM PAGE TO PAGE. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS.
  
 1B) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN 002_ALS1.1 SHOWS TRAVEL
 DISTANCES TO (2) EXITS. THE PLAN DOES SHOW THE OVERALL
 DIAGONAL DISTANCE OF THE OFFICE SPACE, ALSO THE
 REQUIRED 1/3RD DIAGONAL DISTANCE APART OF 31 FEET 1
 INCH AND THE ACTUAL DIAGONAL DISTANCE THE 2 EXITS ARE
 APART 47 FEET 7 INCHES.
  
 THE ISSUE IS THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS SHOWN 2 MEANS
 OF EGRESS. THE SECOND MEANS OF EGRESS THAT GOES THROUGH
 ROOM 1400.9 IS A FILE STORAGE ROOM. PLEASE REVIEW
 SECTION 1016.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING ROOMS (5)
 EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH STORAGE ROOMS, CLOSETS OR
 SPACES USED FOR SIMILAR PURPOSES.
  
 PLEASE MEASURE YOUR COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL FROM THE MOST
 REMOTE POINT OF THE FILE STORAGE ROOM 1400.12 FOR
 TRAVEL DISTANCE TO THE FRONT EGRESS DOORS OF THE OFFICE
 SPACE. I MEASURED THE DISTANCE TO APPROXIMATELY 85
 FEET.
 REVIEW TABLE 1006.2.1 SPACES WITH ONE EXIT OR EXIT
 ACCESS DOORWAY. THE MAXIMUM COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL FOR A
 FIRE SPRINKLERED BUILDING WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF LESS
 THAN 30 FOR A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY WILL ALLOW YOU 100
 FEET OF COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL. PLEASE ADJUST PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY. IF QUESTIONS PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL.
  
 1C) SHEET 003_A.1.1. AS LABELED ON THE FLOOR PLAN,
 ENTRY DOOR TO THE STORAGE ROOM 1400.9 (LIFE SAFETY
 SHEET ROOM 1400.1.2.). THERE IS NO DEMO PLAN PROVIDED
 IN THIS SET OF PLANS TO KNOW IF THIS DOOR IS EXITING
 AND OR IF NEW. PLEASE NOTE THIS ISSUE HAS COME UP
 BEFORE IN PLAN REVIEW WITH THIS DESIGNER. WHOSE DOOR IS
 THIS, UNDER MANAGEMENT OR THE TENANT? WHAT IS THE
 STANDARD FOR THIS BUILDING? THIS DOOR DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE:
  
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 DOORS. MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND
 GATES SHALL COMPLY WITH 404.2.4 (A). MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES SHALL EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY
 AND THE REQUIRED LATCH SIDE FOR SIDE CLEARANCE. THIS
 DOOR AS SHOWN DOES NOT HAVE 18 INCHES ON THE LATCH

 ACCESSIBLE UPGRADES OR $16,000.00 OF VALUE IN MAKING
