 A)DINING ROOM SLIDING GLASS DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B)EXTERIOR SWING DOOR ADJACENT TO THE NEW BATHROOM ON
 THE BACK OF THE HOUSE.
 NOTE: IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THESE DOORS ARE GOING TO BE
 REPLACED. SCOPE OF WORK AND DEMOLITION NOTES CALL FOR
 REMOVAL OF THESE DOORS. IF THESE DOORS ARE NEW, THEN
 THEY NEED THE CORRESPONDING PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 ALSO, IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THE DOOR OF THE EXTERIOR
 UTILITY CLOSET BEHIND THE MASTER BATHROOM IS NEW OR IF
 IT'S GOING TO BE REPLACED.

 LOW BASED ON ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACTS INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES FOR
 BUILDING OFFICIAL REVIEW/APPROVAL.

 REPEAT COMMENT (THREE TIMES). VALUED DECLARED IN THE
 NEW PERMIT APPLICATION STILL EXTREMELY TOO LOW FOR ALL
 THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS. PROVIDE A REALISTIC
 MARKET VALUE INCLUDING ALL MATERIALS, LABOR,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ENGINEER OF RECORD
 FEES OR PROVIDE COPIES OF ALL SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (INCLUDING THE SUBCONTRACTORS) CLEARLY DEPICTING ALL
 THE WORK SHOWN ON PLANS, AND COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT
 WITH ENGINEER OF RECORD.
  
 NEW COMMENT:
 10- NONE OF THE PLANS SUBMITTED HAVE THE ENGINEER'S OF
 RECORD SEAL AND SIGNATURE. ALL PLANS NEED TO HAVE THE
 ENGINEER'S ORIGINAL SEAL/SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY 471
 F.S. WHEN SUBMITTING PLANS /DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC
 RECORDS.
  
 NOTE:
 PLANS CAN BE UPLOADED TO PROJECTDOX WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURE OR HARD COPIES WITH ENGINEER'S ORIGINAL
 SIGNATURE/SEAL MAY BE DROPPED OFF IN CITY HALL.

 FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXTERIOR UTILITY CLOSET
 BEHIND THE MASTER BATHROOM. PROVIDE COMPLETE WALL
 SECTION SHOWING ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND FASTENERS.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
 CONSTRUCTION. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) PROVIDE DOOR FRAMING DETAIL. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING
 MEMBERS AND FASTENERS.

 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
