 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) MISSING LIFE SAFETY PLAN. NOT IN THE INDEX OF
 DRAWINGS. 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE SECTION 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR
 BUILDINGS. THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM
 CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS:
 107.3.5.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS:
 107.3.5.1.1 BUILDING
 OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED AND OR MIXED OCCUPANCIES.
 MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED (SEE
 TABLES 504.3, TABLE 504.4 & TABLE 506.2).
 MEZZANINE REQUIREMENTS FOR AREA & EXITING
 BUILDING HAVE FIRE SPRINKLERS OR NOT?
 FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS SHALL INCLUDE:
 SCHEMATIC FIRE SPRINKLERS / PRE-ENGINEERED SYSTEMS
 FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE
 THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:

 FIRE-RESISTANT PROTECTION FOR TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION

 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

 RELATED OCCUPANCIES.
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
 1B) PLEASE FOR THE NEXT REVIEW PLACE THE SHEETS IN THE
 FILE FOLDER IN ORDER OF THE PAGE INDEX. 107.2.1.3
 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY
 ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS
 FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY
 MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE,
 CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS
 MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 2A) SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE TOTAL OF HOW MANY
 PARKING SPACES ARE FOR THE CLIENTS AND THE REQUIRED
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLE. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 208.2
 MINIMUM NUMBER.
  
 2B) THE MARKING OF THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AND
 ACCESS AISLE WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 502.2 &
 502.3.3 ALSO SEE ADVISORY, TO LOCAL STANDARDS. PLEASE
 SEE W. P. B. MUNI CODE ARTICLE XV PARKING CD94:276.
  
 2C) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 ACCESS. CODE 502.4,
 EXCEPTION ALLOWS FOR SLOPES NOT STEEPER THAN 1:48 SHALL
 BE PERMITTED. PLEASE SHOW THE ELEVATIONS OF THE ACCESS.
 PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE IN EACH CORNER.
  
 2D) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DISTANCE THE BUILDING IS TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE ON THE SIDE LOT LINES TO ESTABLISH THE
 FIRE RESISTANCE RATING REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS
 BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE, FBC-B TABLE 602.
  
 2E) BASED ON THE TABLE 705.8 THE MAXIMUM AREA OF
 EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS BASED ON THE FIRE SEPARATION
 DISTANCE AND DEGREE OF OPENING PROTECTION.
  
 3) SHEET A-2 PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN:
 3A) PLEASE PROVIDE A NARRATIVE AS TO WHAT THE FRONT
 SHOWROOM AREA IS TO HOUSE? THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR # 102
 IS AN OVERHEAD GARAGE ENTRY DOOR. IT WOULD APPEAR THE
 OVERHEAD GARAGE ENTRY DOOR IS ALUMINUM AND GLASS.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3B) WITHOUT THE DESIGNER OF RECORD STATING THE
 OCCUPANCY TYPES WITHIN THIS BUILDING IT IS A GUESSING
 GAME. WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CATEGORIZE THE FRONT
 PORTION OF THE BUILDING, AUTO SHOWROOMS ARE A BUSINESS
 , THE DISPLAY COULD BE SMALLER ITEMS WHICH WOULD MAKE
 IT MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY, BUT THERE IS ALSO A WAITING
 AREA, IS THIS FOR CARS OR FOR PEOPLE? THE BACK PORTION
 OF THE BUILDING IS SET UP POSSIBLE AS A REPAIR GARAGE
 OR A S1 OCCUPANCY, BUT THE CLEAN ROOMS COULD BE USED TO
 STORE AUTOMOBILES WHICH COULD POSSIBLY MAKE AN S2
 OCCUPANCY, IS THE BUILDING FIRE SPRINKLERED OR NOT? TO
 MANY UNKNOWNS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 508.4
 REQUIRED SEPARATION OF OCCUPANCIES.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
