 FEATURE A ROOF VENT MATCHING THE EXISTING FRONT FACING
 GABLES.
 2. THE EXISTING WINDOWS ON THE PROPERTY FEATURE A LITE
 PATTERN. A 4/4 LITE PATTERN WITH EXTERNAL OGEE
 DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS WILL BE REQUIRED. A
 FLAT/PYRAMIDAL/RAISED MUNTIN IS INAPPROPRIATE.
 3. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR GLASS WITH
 LOW-E. PRIVACY OR TINTED GLASS IS PROHIBITED. THE
 WINDOW SHALL HAVE AN INSET WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME
 OPENING TO MATCH THE EXISTING WINDOWS.
 4. THE PLANS ILLUSTRATE AN INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN
 MATCHING WOOD SIDING AND HARDIE PLANK SIDING. THE
 SIDING SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING STRUCTURES SIDING IN
 PROFILE AND MATERIAL. THE EXISTING SIDING IS LIKELY
 CEDAR OR CYPRESS.
