 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 1106 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND SEC. R101.5
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE FORMS ARE PROPERLY SIGNED BY ALL
 REQUIRED PARTIES AND IS COORDINATED WITH PLANS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 2- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:
 SEC. R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- THERE IS ONE WINDOW ON EXISTING BEDROOM #2 THAT IS
 GOING TO BE BLOCKED TO ALLOW FOR THE ADDITION. SPECIFY
 TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING WINDOW TO REMAIN ON THE SAME
 BEDROOM TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS. SEC. 1101.1 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND
 SEC. R310.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: SIMILAR SITUATION APPLIES TO EXISTING BEDROOM #1.
 SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF WINDOW TO REMAIN.
  
 4- REVISE DESIGN CRITERIA SPECIFIED ON AT THE BOTTOM OF
 GENERAL NOTES ON SHEET 1 OF 2.
 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" NOT EXPOSURE
 "B". REVISE AS REQUIRED AND REVISE DOORS/WINDOWS DESIGN
 PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY. SEC. 1101.1 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING AND SEC. R301.2.1.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- ROOF FRAMING PLAN SHOWN ON SHEET 2 OF 2:
 NEED TO SPECIFY TRUSS CONNECTOR FOR TRUSSES RESTING ON
 THE (2)2X10 LEDGER LOCATED ON THE EXISTING GABLE END
 THAT IS RECEIVING THE NEW TRUSSES. SEC. 1101.1
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- EXTERIOR WALL SECTION ON SHEET 1 OF 2:
 A) ROOFING MATERIAL IS NOT CLEAR. EXISTING HOUSE AND
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED ARE FOR ROOF SHINGLES. THIS
 WALL SECTION SPECIFIED ROOF TILE. REVISE/CLARIFY AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) SPECIFY THE MIN. THICKNESS OF THE VAPOR BARRIER AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R506.2.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC.
 1101.1 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 NOTE: THIS APPLIES TO THE SPECIFICATIONS ON THE
 FOUNDATION PLAN ALSO.
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR THE HURRICANE SHUTTERS SINCE WINDOW
 NOA 17-1212.19 AND DOOR NOA 17-1212.10 DON'T HAVE
 IMPACT GLAZING.
 PROTECTION OF OPENINGS IS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC. 1101.1 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING
 NOTE: NEED TO PROVIDE ALSO A SHUTTERS COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS REQUIRED BY CITY
 IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD FOR WIND-BORNE DEBRIS IMPACT
 PROTECTION FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. SEE CITY

 8- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS (DOORS,
 WINDOWS, SHINGLES, SHUTTERS) AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- IMPACT FEES -
 PLANS REQUIRE REVIEW BY THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. CALL
 (561) 233-5025. UPON APPROVAL OF PLANS, YOU MAY CHECK
 OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE TO THAT OFFICE FOR REVIEW.
 PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT
 AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE

 10-VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S (APPLIES TO OWNER/BUILDER TOO) OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO
 $45,343. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $999.67
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
