 1.) UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS
 REQUIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT.
  
 2.) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING ADDITION MUST BE
 SETBACK AT LEAST 25 FT. FROM THE CLOSEST POINT OF THE
 OUTSIDE OF THE WALL TO THE PROPERTY LINE ALONG LAKE
 AVENUE, AS LAKE AVENUE SEEMS TO BE THE FRONT LOT LINE
 OF THE PROPERTY. [ZLDR S.94-72(A)(2)]
  
 3.) A/C COMPRESS PAD FOR THE PROPOSED NEW A/C UNIT MUST
 BE SHOWN IN THE SITE PLAN. SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE
 PAD TO THE PROPERTY LINES MUST ALSO BE PROVIDED IN THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 4.) LABEL THE DIRECTIONS (I.E. NORTH, SOUTH, EAST AND
 WEST) IN THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS. PLEASE ENSURE THE
 ELEVATIONS ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.
