 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 1106 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND SEC. R101.5
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE FORMS ARE PROPERLY SIGNED BY ALL
 REQUIRED PARTIES AND IS COORDINATED WITH PLANS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 2- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:

 AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET S1 AND FOUNDATION PLAN
 ON SHEET S4 DON'T MATCH. FOUNDATION PLAN SHOWS DOORS
 LEADING TO THE NEW PATIO AREA BUT FLOOR PLAN DON'T SHOW
 ANY DOORS. (ELECTRICAL PLAN SHOWS DOORS ALSO).
 CLARIFY/REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY

 5- THERE IS ONE WINDOW ON EXISTING BEDROOM #3 THAT IS
 GOING TO BE BLOCKED TO ALLOW FOR THE ADDITION. SPECIFY
 SIZE OF EXISTING WINDOW TO REMAIN ON THE SAME BEDROOM
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. SEC.

 EXTEND BEYOND THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR

 ACCORDINGLY. AND, CLEARLY SPECIFY IF THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN ON THE SCHEDULE ARE ULTIMATE DESIGN

 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 12- IMPACT FEES -
 PLANS REQUIRE REVIEW BY THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. CALL
 (561) 233-5025. UPON APPROVAL OF PLANS, YOU MAY CHECK
 OUT ONE PLAN SET AND TAKE TO THAT OFFICE FOR REVIEW.
 PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT
 AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE

 13- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S (APPLIES TO OWNER/BUILDER TOO) OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO
 $77,810. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $1855.78.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
