 (1) SECTION A-A SHOWS LIKE A BERM ADJACENT TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE THE WAY IT IS SHOWN IT LOOKS LIKE
 THE BERM IS DIVERTING THE WATER TO THE ADJACENT
 NEIGHBOR. NEED TO KEEP THE WATER WITHIN THE PROPERTY.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 (2) THERE IS NO INFORMATION GIVEN FOR THE REAR OF THE
 LOT SHOWING HOW KEEPING THE WATER WITHIN THE PROPERTY.

 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE
