 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE THE DIGITAL PLAN SUBMITTAL DOES NOT HAVE
 ANY OF THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS DIGITALLY SIGNED AND
 SEALED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 ARCHITECT DIGITAL SIGNING & SEALING PLANS. 61G1-16.005
 PROCEDURES FOR DIGITALLY SIGNING AND SEALING AND FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
 REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) SHEET A0.02 THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOW THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD HAS ELECTED TO RATE THE CORRIDOR WALLS AND
 TENANT SEPARATION WALLS. THE CODE UNDER WHICH THE
 BUILDING WAS BUILT REQUIRED FIRE RATED CORRIDORS AND
 TENANT SEPARATION WALLS. UNDER THE CURRENT CODE (2017
 FBC-B 6TH EDITION) FOR A BUILDING (HIGHRISE) WITH A
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, FIRE SPRINKLERED, THERE IS NO
 REQUIREMENT FOR 1 HOUR FIRE RATED CORRIDORS, FOR THIS
 REASON THE ENTRY DOORS DO NOT REQUIRE A FIRE RATING.
 I?VE SPOKEN WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ROBERT BROWN
 ABOUT THIS ISSUE. FOR THIS PLAN AND OTHERS IN THE
 FUTURE WHERE THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS A MORE
 STRINGENT DESIGN THAN CODE OR IF THE BUILDING STANDARD
 IS HIGHER THAN THE CURRENT CODE PLEASE PLACE A NOTE ON
 THE PLAN PLEASE PLACE A NOTE SIMILAR TO ABOVE STATING
 THE DESIGN IS HIGHER THAN THE CURRENT CODE AND
 REFERENCE THE CURRENT CODE WITHIN THE NOTE. THIS WILL
 HELP IN YEARS TO COME WHEN SOMEONE MAY QUESTION WHY THE
 DOORS AREN?T RATED. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP IN THIS
 MATTER.

 3A) THIS SHEET DOES NOT SHOW A METAL STUD ONE HOUR
 RATED WALLS SYSTEM. THE PLAN SHOW A ONE HOUR BLOCK WALL
 ASSEMBLY DETAIL # 4 AND A NON-RATED METAL STUD ASSEMBLY
 DETAIL # 8. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED. IF THE DESIGNER DESIGNS TO A STRICTER
 STANDARD OR IF THE BUILDING STANDARD IS STRICTER THAN
 THE CODE REQUIREMENT, THEN YOU WOULD STILL NEED TO SHOW
 HOW COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE PARTITIONS/ 708.3 FIRE
 RESISTANCE RATING.
  
 3B) DETAIL # 7 INDICATES A PRE-FABRICATED LIGHT GAUGE
 STEEL TRUSS FLOOR TRUSS SYSTEM. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 CORRECT FLOOR SYSTEM FOR THE BUILDING. THIS BUILDING
 HAS EITHER A 6 INCH OR 8 INCH POST STRESSED FLOOR
 SYSTEM, PLEASE UPDATES THE PLANS AND FLOOR SYSTEM.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) BUILDING PROVISO: SHEET A4.21 INTERIOR ELEVATIONS
 DETAIL # 7 SHOWS 2 MICROWAVES. AT THE TIME OF FINAL
 INSPECTION THE MICROWAVE ON THE COUNTER HAS TO BE IN
 PLACE TO MEET THE ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS:
 4A) 308 REACH RANGES. 308.2 FORWARD REACH. / 308.2.1
 UNOBSTRUCTED/ 308.2.2 OBSTRUCTED HIGH REACH.
 308.3 SIDE REACH. / 308.3.1 UNOBSTRUCTED/ 308.3.2
 OBSTRUCTED HIGH REACH.
  
 4B) 309 OPERABLE PARTS. 309.3 HEIGHT. OPERABLE PARTS
 SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN ONE OR MORE OF THE REACH RANGES
 SPECIFIED IN 308. 309.4 OPERATION. OPERABLE PARTS SHALL
 BE OPERABLE WITH ONE HAND AND SHALL NOT REQUIRE TIGHT
 GRASPING, PINCHING, OR TWISTING OF THE WRIST. THE FORCE
 REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE OPERABLE PARTS SHALL BE 5 POUNDS
 MAXIMUM.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
