 THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY IS IN REALLY GOOD
 CONDITION; HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO ACCESS TO THE
 INTERIOR. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE LIEN APPLICATION
 954***8161 @ 11:56 AM. HE STATED HE WILL HAVE SOMEONE
 FROM HIS OFFICE CALLED ME BECAUSE HE WAS NOT SURE HOW I
 GOT HIS NUMBER. I MADE HIM AWARE THE NUMBER IS THE LIEN
 APPLICATION. TANYA FROM THE OFFICE CALLED ME AT 12:20
 PM AND STATED THE OWNER WANTS TO BE AT THE INSPECTION;
 HOWEVER, HE WILL BE OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR A FEW WEEKS.
 I MADE HER AWARE I CANNOT HOLD ON TO THE APPLICATION
 FOR WEEKS BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS SUPPOSED TO BE READY
 TO BE INSPECTED WHEN THE LIEN REDUCTION IS APPLIED FOR.
 ALSO, THE WINDOWS WERE REPLACED AND THERE ARE NO
 PERMITS ON FILE FOR WINDOWD/DOOOR REPLACEMENT.

 THE APPLICATION AT MY DESK FOR THAT LONG. THE
 INSPECTION WILL BE A FAILED INSPECTION, WITH A NEW
 COMPLIANCE DATE OF 1/6/20. WHEN YOU ARE READY TO HAVE
 THE PROPERTY RE-INSPECTION, PLEASE CONTACT MONIQUE
 WILLIAMS AND SHE WILL ISSUE A NEW INSPECTION CHECKLIST.

 THIS WILL TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. I RECEIVED THE TWO
 DEEDS FROM THE PROPERTY SALE AND THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH
 THOSE. BUT WHEN I ASKED YOU YESTERDAY IF THE PROPERTIES
 HAD BEEN SOLD OR SIMPLY TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER LLC YOU
 WERE INCORRECT STATING THEY WERE ALL SOLD. 2800 GEORGIA
 AVE UNIT H48 WAS SIMPLY QUIT CLAIMED TO ANOTHER LLC OF
 THE SAME OWNER (MIA REAL RENTALS II LLC). AS ALL LLCS
 MANAGED BY THE SAME MEMBERS AS THE LIENED PROPERTY NEED
 TO BE INSPECTED WE ARE NOW LOOKING AT EVERYTHING
 CONNECTED IN THAT WAY. THIS WOULD HAVE OCCURRED DURING
 THE PROCESS REGARDLESS, BUT IT DOES MAKE THAT PROCESS
 TAKE LONGER.
