 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SUBMITTED PLANS ARE NOT DRAFTSMAN QUALITY. W 2017
 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION
 107.2.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH
 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO
 ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE
 SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY,
 OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE ARCHIVE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 2) PLANS DRAWN BY THE CONTRACTOR MUST COMPLY WITH
 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER)
 THAT CREATED / DRAWN THE SET OF PLANS WILL NEED TO
 IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF THE PLANS. PLEASE
 PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER FOR
 THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND PLANS DRAWN.
 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR.

 OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED 2017
 FBC-B TABLES 504.3, 504.4 & 506.2.

 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
